Hey,guys.I think you said you live in Australia.I have an Eheim Liberty 2040 HOB that a rep gave me when I used to work at a lfs here in Texas.At that time, which was about five years ago,she told me that they were only available overseas.I have never seen them at any store here,though I'm sure they are available in the U.S.I really like it as a small tank filter due to a few features;my favorite is it is self priming.This is a great feature in the confines of a small tank because in my experience,you want to disturb things once your happy with them as little as possible.You get a certain plant or rock where you want it,there is nothing more frustrating than bumping it by accident during routine maintenance.It disassembles easily and is a cinch to clean.I personally like it because the media chamber is box shaped and easy to choose your own array of media.That is also the reason I use Aqua-Clear HOB's for my other tanks.They are like hang on the back canister filters.The Eheim also has an easy to manipulate flow control,which is one improvement I wish Aqua-Clear would make as it can sometimes be a pain once the filter ages.Anyway,just an idea.Im gonna try to post a pic of it.Good luck...
