looks like a blood parrot x convict hybrid. doesn't look anything like a true parrot.

I lot of blood parrots don't develop their color until there a little larger, some do keep this color. Theres a LFS around here that has a whole tank of BP's colored like this that are 2-3".

i would agree with most of what has already been said. it's not a green severum. i have one. lol looks nothing like it. this, what you have is a blood parrot with the natural color morph that's all.
