Looking for OTOS in fish stores

I've been to two fish stores today looking for Otos. None of the staff in these places seem to know what they are when I ask for them. What exactly do they look like, as I am on a quest to find some for my tank. Is there a different name that they are known as and, are there any characteristics specific to these guys that would help me to identify them.

Not sure about the rule about linking other sites, but just google "oto catfish" images and you'll see plenty of pics as well as some descriptions/formal names.

google will find you more. ask them to order some for you. they should have them on the order sheets where they buy the fish from.
