Have you checked with Below Water? They are in Canada, so if you're in the states it may pose some difficulties and you would probably have to do a group buy unless you have tons of tank space. They do however get a lot of rare fish. Personally, I've never seen these guys in person. I'd definitely be interested to know if you found a source, so post back if you find em.

Also, you could throw up a post on Apistogramma.com. There are tons of world renknowned dwarf experts that frequent the site. They might be able to point you to someplace/somebody that has them.
