looking to add inverts

I'd supplement featherdusters with a phytoplankton every now and then. It can't hurt and they will get a nice meal sometimes. I do it every 3 days or so.

There are lots of different types of featherdusters and they add a very small bioload. It's pretty much unnoticable. I have 3 in my 30 gallon and I plan on getting one more at some point. hehe. they are cool no?

For those lightbulbs, they'd be fine for macroalgae, probably, as it doesn't seem to need the high lighting (chaeto i know doesn't, as i have an old 6500k strip light on mine).

To get some night light on your tank, browse through craigslist.com, reefcentral.com, and if you have any local clubs, their site would be good too.

I, for example, bought a t5 setup for 1/2 retail that was within a month old, then ended up with a 210w power compact hood for my 29g for $65....and it's plenty of light for my lps, softies, shrooms, anemone, and 2 kinds of macroalgae.

This hobby has such a high rate of turnover, people are selling great equipment ALL the time.

:)
