in comparison... the toshiba i listed might run a teeny slower (unnoticeable) due to the processor, however it should multitask a little better, has a larger screen which leaves room for a full size keyboard (no cramped fingers) to go with the number pad and comes included with an actual graphics card (which isn't disclosed in the add, however finding out shouldn't be tough) which should alleviate stress on your processor while watching movies, editiing photos, etc.
IMO... any one of these asus laptops are better deals than the toshiba you listed... or the one i listed... with better/comparable performance (the $400 one should be comparable) and a much better track record backed by the asus name...
