My levels are looking good, i thought my mollie was about to have some little ones, she was big!!! but i notice she wasn't eating, this morning she was gone.

this was my first fish in the tank, i lost a few but thought she will be the one to out last the rest, but she did not. (had the tank with fish for about 2 months)

I got back from church this afternoon and notice that my tiger barb also went to meet my mollie.

i thought i lost my blue lobster when i only saw his shell, but he shed his outer shell and saw him in the other side of the tank, he is not blue anymore.

My reading are looking good, i even take it to my LFS, which also agree.

what i'm i doing wrong?

No damage to the mollie nor the barb, i even left the barb out to see if the crayfish will eat him (i know not so cool) but the crayfish did not go near the barb,

A little more info....

Can you describe what the mollie looked like? You could have a different water chemistry problem or a bacterial disease...could even be a temperature reaction...

Size of tank?
Temperature?
pH?

This was a new tank?

20g Long
Temp 79
pH 8.0

1 red platy
1 silver tip shark (catfish)
1 taquila sunrise
1 african dwarf
2 tiger barbs
1 algae eater

The Mollie was female, white and it appeard to be full size, about 2'

can it eat itself to death? i notice she was eating her flakes and all of the pellets for the bottom feeders.

Sorry to hear about your fish, hopefully you'll find the answer to what's happening soon.
I suggest doing daily 25 - 50% water changes - clean water will help fish recover from any disease, and if by chance your tank is having a problem with the water chemistry, water changes will help with that too.
It can be a pain to do daily water changes, but sometimes when nothing else works keeping the tank really clean helps the fishes' own immune systems overcome whatever is making them sick.
I wish you luck.
