I left neg feedback, but he was already banned by then. Even after 14 years on eBay, I think that was the first negative FB I have left. Crazy.
I have had great experiences on Ac, so I'll continue to buy/trade... just need to be a little more careful. And figure out the best way to ship my EBCs (think there is a sticky for that). They were mistakenly send to me (vs. electric blue rams) and I just don't have the tank space for them once they grow up.
