Low or high light

Hi,

Quick question here, how much light is low light or high light ? I have 2PC 24W 10000K over my 14 gllons Biocube, low or high light ?

At first glance, I would lean toward med-high light, but read http://www.rexgrigg.com/mlt.html to get a better grasp at what is going on with lighting in a tank and make your own conclusions.
