Lowes aquarium separtor $5.60

Im sure if I took some time I could fab some holes for bracket hangers but like I said its ridged enough that all that is needed is a couple rock at the bottom to wedge it in place. So its good when you need something ASAP to divide your tank.

For a more permanent situation I would recommend buying two and use them stacked (side by side) next to each other as needed vertically then install suction cups on the ends and paint the frames black. That way a pair stacked side by side will fit almost any aquarium height and simply placing then inside and simply adjust the width. Then you will have universal tank divider that will almost fit any aquarium up to 31 inches high and 37 inches deep, all for only about $12.

But for me as long as it works good I can put up with an offset screen that is white for less then $6

JUST WONDERING IF THE OPENING IN THE SCREEN ARE SMALL ENOUGH SO IF USED WITH GUPPIES THE NEW BORN FRY WOULD BE UNABLE TO SWIM INTO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DIVIDER... WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Sorry missed your question, there is a 1/16 inch gap between the screen slide mechanism and the glass and having raised Molly fry I can tell you that they will get through, but I had to look real hard to see that gap and I think all of my fish including my Neon's would never get through once placed properly.

If this was a permanent set up for fry, a dry tank and silicone would eliminate that 1/16th gap. In fact if painted and siliconed in black it would probubly make the ideal ridged semi-permanent tank divider.
