Ok, i have 2 tanks, 55 gallon and 10 gallon. I had a Long Tenticle anenome in the 55 while the 10 gallon cycled... today i put it in the 10 gallon, along with some live rock and 2 fish. The LT is all small, like the size of a small apple. dont look good, the tank has plenty of light on it. bout 4 wpg, salinity is fine, 1.024
Is this just because its not used to the tank, maybe it come out a lil more, or is the sucka dieing? HELLLLP

Why would you move it to a 10 gallon? And how did you remove it from the 55 gallon. Did you pull it off the substrate hard?

Anemones do poorly in captivity in general but do worse in small tanks.

for the LT, no acclimation, both tanks are same temp and all. He is thriving in the 55 gallon. i did a water swap using the water from the 55 to substitute in the 10, lowered Nitrites like instantly... so i think i will let it settle a few days and see how it does, The 10 gallon has some lil polyps i picked up that are coming out nicely, i think it just needs time to chill out

It isn't just a cycled tank that anemones need. Water quality is only one thing. They need well established tanks of a year or more that are thriving. They also need plenty of space and a 10 gallon tank isn't going to work. Clown don't need to have anemones to thrive in a captive tank either.
