Lupin's Photo Lounge

Thanks, Tristan and Esox.:D Hmmm..I'll try to upload the rest if I have time this afternoon. The photos look dull though.:shakehead:

Hi folks.

Just wanted to tell you I mislabelled this fish as Sturisoma but after obtaining the true Sturisoma panamense, I was beginning to suspect this could be Rineloricaria parva.:lipssealedsmilie:

Blog for pleco changed.:duh:

Lots of that eye candy  I love those licorice gouramis! Ever since I took the sponge filter out of the 75g, my hillstream loach can be seen sucking around on the glass or the driftwood. Hoping to build him a rock cave and get him 3 buddies. You're lucky for getting those pics of yours :)

My tank has sponges and they suck everywhere.:perv: They won't really use the caves at all. It'd be a waste of time. Why did you say I am lucky to get their pics?

Update: The plec was mislabelled so it's now officially not a Sturisoma panamense after I consulted deeper into Planetcatfish.com's articles. It could be Rineloricaria parva, according to some PC members and could be the only closest possible ID unless its history of where it was collected is known. I have my suspicions that this could have been collected from Paraguay but this does not necessarily mean the fish is now offficially Rineloricaria parva although I could refer it as that way until someone can confirm an affirmative to it.

I do however have the true Sturisoma panamense here now but I have troubles with my camera warping slightly.:angryfire:

Thanks for the comments by the way, DP and Gup.:thm:

I didn't realize there were licorice gouramis. Nice tanks as always Lupin.
Not all do, Grins.:grinno: I was also surprised myself when I discovered their existence a few years back.:perv:

Thanks for the comment.:D I'll surely try to post more pics soon enough.

I'm struggling with my Rineloricaria's ID.:irked:

Here are new photos of my licorice gouramis (Parosphromenus deissneri).:hearts: I have difficulty getting a good photo of them considering all six keep hiding under almond leaves, driftwoods and in holes of Java moss.:perv:
