id wanna do archery by the way. have always been interested in it. fish kind of eat up my budget on archery though haha.

men's volleyball/gymnastics. i have experience with both and am kicking myself for not sticking with at least one...being 6'3" though volleyball would probably be the more realistic choice.

That seems like a perfectly good argument for why you ARE scummy, by not showing up until the last second and placing a vote that has no effect the town can't see anything from your play style and you might go under the radar. Unfortunately for you, there hasn't been a lot to go on so far and you showing up late is one of the few scummy looking things.

It is many years to train a horse to that level. For the rider, unless you are super rich or have great sponsors, it takes decades to get to that level. If you don't know what you're watching it is reminiscent to watching paint dry, but knowing what all goes into it, and the power the horses have, it's really a cool sport.
