This will also work. I have also heard people call it vinegar or steak marinade and it is perfectly fine to ship. Just don't get caught. I prefer to drink it :D

The other problem with homemade wine is it is illegal for me to sell it. So if I have extra bottles they go to people I like...and since I don't like any of you :silly:

I make beer in small batches, I can't imagine I could do 200 gal in a year if I tried.

The wine I make is in 6gal batches. So far this year I have made 18gal. I have another 6 to do very soon. After that I am probably only going to make 1 or 2 more for a total of 36gal. I can't even come close to making 200gal if I wanted to. Never mind being able to drink it all. For some reason in CT residents are allowed 100gal of wine per adult in the household up to 200gal. Beer is half that amount. Still much more than most humans can consume.
 
Wish I could start this right now with such a good crowd. I'm taking a long weekend though so I won't be around. I may try to get this going Sunday night depending on how things go. Now that Ice backed out I'm going to have to think of someone else to be the Ice dealer ;)
