I retract my vote on Rich and vote to lynch Dun, because my 'case' against Rich IS weak and I'm more comfortable voting Dun at this point in the game. I'm voting him because he has managed to slip by with minimal effort until recently when people started to look at him more.

no the power went out last night bc of a huge storm. i will absolutely get to it today. my biggest suspect as of now is dun. i dont like that hes voting randomly every night. seems like he wants to take the easy way out.

This worries me...but I can't tell if it's two lazy innocents who are just trying to latch on because I said Dun was scummy or if Dun could be innocent (always a possibility) and scum are trying to use my case to lynch an innocent.

If either of you two are innocent then you certainly aren't making yourselves look good to the town.

I read it that way first, but my guess is it should have been written "what, are you afraid of pappy?" as in he's asking FF if he's afraid of me...

not trying to make anything seem in any way. i call it as i see it. i'm not giving into the pressure this time. try and try to spin it as you'd like... if i'm lynched because i truly believe something, so be it.

i dunno what you call skating along. is that what you call it when someone can't make heads from tails to single out a suspect? if you look back, there's evidence that i was basically camped out in the thread all day on D2. try as i might, there wasn't anything that i, personally would call out of the ordinary enough to be a lead... and i'm apparently not the only one.

never said another game was proof of what this game is. but you have stood pretty strong on your statement that "that's not how the game works". now if someone were to be compelled to say look and see if that's how the game works in your case, there's a very specific place to look and see that indeed... it is how you can... and will... make the game work in your favor. it's a pretty obvious, blatant example that requires very little effort to find with simply "mafia #98 - the grinch returns - the play" and "started on post #211".

If you look at the order of our exchange, you'll see that I said that (that being "that's not how the game works) before you actually clarified what you meant by "forming alliances." I very literally thought you meant I could recruit players within the game thread...which is obviously not how the game works! My vote was never for that reasoning, and if you look at my case, that was only part of the progression, not the reason I suspect you. The only reason I asked for the specific game # was because sometimes people will float things out there in reference to past games without knowing which one they are talking about.

I call skating along not making any effort to find a suspect. I am almost positive your vote was the only "random" D2 vote so I find it hard to believe that everyone else found at least a suitable suspect to vote for, and you couldn't just because there wasn't anything there.

First you spend all this time focused on Rich and your ridiculous/imagined case against him, defending it like crazy any time anyone questions it or laughs at you for it. Then you read my post and suddenly everything changed. Why???

You abandoned it... AGREED with us that it was weak and had been all along... then leap-frogged onto Pappy's case against Dun for no other reason I can see other than it's Pappy and it's been posted about a lot in the thread.

Then you have the unmitigated gall to tell us you still think Rich scum!?!?!?

That's not going to help anyone, acting like a useless lapdog who's been trained to follow people around (like me and Pappy).... on a leash.

Here you defend your case against Rich, one more time..... for sentimental reasons, I guess.

I've been told several times by several people that it's just a mistype, but this is mafia (lol, had a this is sparta moment) and I don't believe in mistypes in mafia.

Now, moving on with life for now, I would currently be equally content placing my vote on Dun (as many have said, he pretty much skipped over the entire game so far, until questioned about it). I'm not entirely sure on Zaffy, but I'll reread his posts and such and see what I think. Thats about it for me right now.

Would like to not that Rich never said 'I mean post' he said 'or post'.

Here you put on an act to go "digging" or make it look like you are. AND you post the suggestion that your vote is subject to change. Really, now? It sure wasn't BEFORE.

I have done a swift reread of Zaffys posts, and I'm not entirely sure I see where he made himself look evil. Sorry you lot, but it looks to me like he's playing a normal game.

As for Rich, whatever. My votes are always liable to change, and if it looks like my vote will end up being useless then I will vote somewhere useful (so long as I think the changed vote would be on an evil of course).

I still think Rich is scum, but as I stated earlier I'm perfectly content with a vote on Rich or Dun, with Bally there too but since she looks like a UD (like, death this time) a vote would be wasted there. The reason I switched my vote is because a lone vote on Rich won't help anything or anyone. And yes, the 'case' on rich was always weak and based on a big if. As for Dun, just because I don't state repeatedly that I think something doesn't mean I don't think it. I am allowed to agree with people, right?

I'm not sure what my plans are today, so I'm going to vote now...I've been stuck on my couch with a nasty cold so far this weekend and would like to not be stuck here any longer...

He's still my top suspect, despite FF and AAF's latching.
