It may have been that the team that lost the hit the other night got an investigation and used it on LG. In this case they would have known they weren't wasting a hit on her tonight. I have a feeling that with CL's outpouring of bad info that the Old Mafia may have been getting their hits for a bunch of nights and the New Mafia got some effective investigations. Otherwise maybe the mafium have found out more than we think they have and we could use some real info on which way to point our attention.
 
I highy suspect her, but I'm not quite willing to vote Jensons yet...I still have a small fear she may be innocent but a bit slow at playing for now....I'm nervous about losing any innocents right now and I feel like there's someone obvious being overlooked....

I'd agree with the 2nd post.

I don't think they'd waste an investigation on LG to double check.

So its possible neither team knows who the DET is.

Yes, LG should have been under doctor's protection. Obviously, one of the teams knew that she wasn't detective. As she was likely protecting the detective on Night 2, when she pulled off the save, there's a good chance that one of the teams also knows who the detective is.

Detective, you know who LG was protecting on Night 2. If it was you that she saved, there's a really good chance that at least one of the teams knows your identity.
 
am i missing something, or am i going crazy... i thought that lady g was the doc. and that the doc. couldn't protect them selves.

The Doctor...has the ability to protect one person each game night, from a hit only; they cannot protect on a lynch. They do this by sending me a PM at game nightfall on who is to be protected that night. Be sure to protect the right person, Doctor! The Doctor can't protect them self. The Doctor can communicate with the Detective.
