As John gets ready for bed, he asks his wife, "Did you know Charlie was banging the new secretary?"

"The one with the mustache?", she questions.

"No, no", he says with a chuckle, "the blonde."

"Oh, she seems too nice for him.", she says matter of factly, "we'll have to have them over.", she pauses and asks, "I thought you told him about dating the gals from work."

"I know, I know", John replies, "I am gonna let this slide, maybe something good will come of it. It could be good for Charlie. The guys at the warehouse told me, so it has already gotten around."

The Larson family has always been fond of Charlie. He was like an uncle to the kids and a part of the family. He had came from Canada, but they did not hold that against him, they liked him anyway.

"I sure hope he doesn't get hurt", they say at the same time.

brains and weezer are one in the same.

Blue, is looking most mafia to me at this point...mainly for this reason right here. She obviously used her Mod "power" to come up with this and post it to everyone. If Rb wanted Brains to remain unknown, she shouldn't go and use her mod"ness" to let everyone know.

It really bothers me when Mods play the game and do this...they shouldn't do or show anything that we can't do.

It could of been asked of Rb and he could have posted "brains is a unknown" or "brains is Weezer" or whatever he wanted, but she took it upon herself to find out and let others know her findings.

That is the one thing that I hated when Rb played (sorry Rb) but when ppl are logged in invisible. He would point out when they were on but not posting.

I'm not saying that I think brains is innocent or mafia, I'm not really sure at this point. I also really think Rb did this because of the whole MM, Weezer connection.

Ok, guy's I know I haven't come up with much at this point..but it has been a long 2 day's and I am really tired, I have to go for now and will be back in the morning (it may be late morning) so don't jump all over me for not being on at the crack of dawn ok

I just had to point that thought out there...why else would a Mod take it so far to go above everyone to get info on someone if not mafia...is my point with that.

Well great is a little bit of an overstatement, but I do hope it is funny. I basicly was thrown into this by Charlie and helped by judgemax.

I think what we can look for at this point is distancing from the mafia and possibly townies who can communicate. It is too early for mafia to go for block votes, so voting patters somewhat interest me less unless they are linked with 'analysis' or arguments.

My best mafia suspectsmight also include Plantling at this point. There are I understand no town power roles so no reason for townies to be trying to hide in the background and Plantlings posting so far has really contributed nothing.

However I have no vote at this time.

I wanted to go back and pull Colers post. At this point the post about Weezer/Brains had come out but Coler had no opinion on it at all?

I was hoping I wouldn't have to call Coler on this but I feel as though I need to now. It was a big deal and for Coler to overlook it makes me think he didn't want to get into it because they are teammates that can speak.

Wow!! I came on here fully intending on taking my vote off of Brains, after reading through everything I'm not sure what to think.

I thought about this, whole weezer/brains thing at work, the one thing that stood out to me was...maybe Rb asked him to sign up as Brains simply because MM was playing also, MAYBE he thought we would all assume they were on a team, and if we lynched one and they ended up mafia/innocent we would assume the other was also. He may have wanted to add a little extra to the game in the process of doing this.

That was the whole reason I was going to pull my vote, I thought of this and it made since to me..having him sign up under a different name so we didn't associate the two automatic. Giving them both a fair chance.

Now after reading everything I just have know idea what I think. For the time being I am going to retract my vote on Brains.

I am planning to look through things a little more and try to come up with something, I would like to try and find something on someone else that hasn't really been looked at yet..I hate when everyone is on the same person and right now it looks as everyone is either on Ogre or Brains, yes...I agree both stand out to me, but at the same time last game sticks in my head and we were all sure about Charlie, sure about DP, and sure about cooldude...all who ended up innocent and lynched b/c everyone jumped on them and didn't really look elsewhere.

Not really sure what I will find if anything, and my vote may very well end up on Ogre or Brains but at this time I would like to look elsewhere.

Why does Blue using her Mod power make her mafia? Wouldn't that depend on if Weezer/Brains was mafia or not? If Brains is mafia then I'd assume Blue isn't. If Brains is innocent then yes I'd look at Blue as mafia.

Also how do you even know Blue did use her powers. She could just be saying Brains and Weezer are one in the same and letting us think she used her Mod powers. You seem pretty sure of yourself that she did use Mod powers and are basing your suspicion of her on it.

Besides I think I made the case that Weezer and Brains are one in the same, unless you skimmed over that part, so that us normal unMod players could figure it out pretty easily. Maybe go back and read post 162 and give me your opinion since you skimmed over that part.

I'm not so sure about your conclusions LG. You are kind of all over the place on this issue like you're trying to deflect suspicion off Brains instead of just giving your opinion on the subject.

DP wasn't lynched either. Out of the 3 you named LG only Charlie ended up lynched.

Wow, a lot of catching up too do. After reading this, brains doesnt appear any more guilty then he did to me earlier. The only thing at this point that makes him appear guilty is that fact that he is denying his real identity.

i retract my vote for brains2 only because i feel that there may be better suspects at this time. Ogre in my mind is top suspect here. He seems to have slipped up, and was caught.... now he is backpeddling as fast as possible, and saying that "he gets it now" and that "now it makes sense"..... it wasnt really a hard concept to begin with.... you sound mafia to me.

I'm not accusing you of going back and forth between brains and ogre. Has nothing to do with what I am saying really. I am saying that one minute you say back off guys (basically), he's ok.... then wait guys, he's guilty, then wait guys, why's everyone jumping on him?

DD- I tried to quote the whole thing, but it was a nested quote in quote mess so I stuck to the last and will try to explain how I see the Brains thing. At first it wasn't a big deal at all. Notice that I didn't even mention it for quite awhile. I figured that for some reason he wanted to stay anonymous (maybe he and mee-mee) aren't on the same team, maybe Rb told him to do it to help the game, etc. Remember "Bala looks at the first 80 posts and chuckles"? It wasn't until he tried to deny it and start casting suspicions that it made him look guilty to me. As of right now, Ogre and Brains are my top 2 followed by those that voted on Brains BEFORE he defended simply because they didn't know who he was. If that logic were applied no newbies would ever make it past day 1. The people pointing only to the act of trying to be anonymous were the one's I was questioning about jumping on him.
