I'm not surprised that he would be, his behavor the first day was just bizarre to me. Now to find his cohorts.
This is where I wished I had been in town sooner than game 18. It would be helpful to know how others typically act. I appreciate it when it pointed out so that we can all take it into account and weigh it with how we see townspeople acting now.
DD, could you explain this please? I don't understand it and would rather ask than guess wrongly.
OK, all caught up. As I mentioned in one of my recent replies, the work project I've been busy with the past few days should be wrapped up today.
At this point my suspects are
Niko
I know he has given false information about me, and when I combine that with what seemed to be a desire to spin up Charlie and others I find him looking guilty. I'm going to keep my vote on Niko for now.

The early posts on day one throwing out elf hints with things like "my *** belongs to Keebler" just don't sit right with me. I don't feel as strongly about him as I do Niko but have my eyes on him at the moment.

Her voting for herself was odd to me, but it is her explanations for why she did it that leaves a distaste in my mouth. They make even less sense to me and cause me to think she is dancing around the truth. I have a strong suspicion she is an evil elf and will continue to watch her as well.
Coler
He has me confused to say the least. I do still think Clown was evil, maybe because I didn't get a strong feeling about JIM one way or the other. So how do I take Coler and Clown's postings on Day 1? If Clown was evil does this mean Coler was innocent? Or since they've both been pointed out as clever townspeople, was Day 1 an attempt to make us look elsewhere simply because the two of them were so hyperfocused on one another that we'd not concern ourselves with them and instead focus on innocents like Andi, LadyG, etc.? I'm confused on Coler but enough doubt that I'm keeping his a suspect for now.

I'm nor trying to do any such thing. I said we lost 3 innocent townspeople. Why are you twisting what I said?
I'm not twisting anything. It seems that you are implying that we lost 3 innocents due to folks kicking in doors. Two of them were completely beyond anyone's control, so it seems odd that you'd group them in w/ LG's lynching when making your argument against door-kicking...
Again, I've not said I'm unwilling to put people's feet to the fire. However, to go around doing it all willy nilly because someone twists another's words or brings up something meaningless does not help our town when we are on a tight deadline. In fact it hurts it. Instead of focusing on the grinch and his evil elves it has us looking at innocents..like LadyG. I don't want that to happen again and I can't see how to be any more clear about that.
I think if you play a few more games, you might see that everything that seems 'willy nilly' really isn't (alot of it is, though). Playing scum and trying to blend in with the town is hard, so after awhile it's some of these more 'trivial' matters that end up identifying the scumbags. Think about it... telling the truth is easy, nothing to keep track of when you do it. Start telling stories and you've got to keep everything straight. Tiny inconsistencies can be very telling at times.
Oh jeez, how do I reply to such a thing? I never said I was lynched. And in essence I do believe that innocents had a role in lynching the good LadyG. We allowed it by focusing on trivial matters that the evil ones wanted us to in order to take the focus off of them.
Never said that you said that you were lynched...I think you misread that part. Once again, what might seem trivial isn't always trivial. But, I think you'll see as the game progresses, that people become less and less likely to focus solely on what seems trivial.
On Day 1, there is rarely much else to go on than the trivial stuff (Anyone remember Swayde being lynched as an innocent on Day 1, just for saying she'd be busy that particular weekend? :grinyes. As the game moves on, voting patterns, possible alliances, etc. are established. So while the trivial items may not stand alone, they sometimes do help put the pieces together.
Oh scum played a huge part in her lynching. But so did we. We played right into their hands I'm afraid. Are we going to do it again?
Are we going to do it again? Probably. Without knowing what everyone's role assignment PM said, it's pretty much unavoidable.

Anybody remember Coler trying to lynch me on Day 1 based on the Blitzen discussion? He ultimately abandoned the plan because he didn't get much support. Niko seemed to be a supporter, though.
While Coler tried to lynch me for saying anything about Blitzen (although he did use that Blitzen discussion to go after Clown
), Niko hopped on and accused me of wanting to kill Blitzen. This was absolutely the opposite of everything I had said about Blitzen.
As he had two votes on him at the time, it seemed like a really opportunistic attempt to deflect attention off of him and get a bandwagon behind Coler on me. The fact that he accused me of completely the opposite of what my posts had said, says to me that he really didn't pay much attention to my posts in the first place, and it looked like a blatant attempt to focus attention on me.
I've noted the fact that his tone seems to have recently become more concilaitory in his running feud with DD/Blue. He really seems to be trying hard now to extricate himself from that whole thing. Seems like he's getting a little nervous about something.

I feel the evidence against Niko is pretty strong and my vote stands but I think others need to be looked at for future night fall consideration.
We need input from you guys. A few people can't carry the town it has to be a team effort.

Grins, it would help us more to know who the posts are quoted from instead of having to look back.
Also it would help a bit more if you'd catch up and then post. Posting as you go along causes some confusion and lends evidence to the evils. They will take a post and use it against you and if no one goes back and pulls the catch up post or you don't it could be trouble.
Though it could also be a good trap to catch a skimmer.
