Yes that is the case.. I choose to have all information after the initial PM's sent to my personal email.

If anyone chooses to do this just make sure I get your email address and I will be happy to comply.

Also as far as thief role is concerned that character may also use email for your negociations but you are not allowed to enter into the either the townies or pirates chat/forum or whatever they choose to use for their communciation area.

(I will update this in the rules on game start)
