The (early) banishment
The residents gather in the lobby for the banishment. It's a bit early but it seems as if everyone is certain that they got the right person.
The banished is thrown out into the snow. "Sorry friends," she said as her teeth chattered, "I had no choice."

The (unorthodox) murder
Seeing the accomplice go, the madman makes a risky decision. Without someone on watch duty, they would not be able to dispose of anyone at night. So instead, the madman slips a tiny white pill into the vitcim's drink unnoticed. It fizzes and dissolves, undetecable to the unfortunate owner of this drink.
Judgemax was an innocent, a communicating innocent!!!!!!!
