So, in an exercise of futility....if two peolple are tied for the #1 vote getter, and the suitcase that causes the second highest vote getter to get banished...who goes...?


Flip a coin between the top two and the loser goes....or the winner goes....?

Or does the third person, with the second higest votes go...?

i would think tht it be the person with the second highest votes, or as u put it the 3rd person down the list. Maybe im being to literal.

I dont think LC is guilty and i think Mal is the Don. If she is the don i rather hav her around til night 4, and maybe if we're nice she will lead us to the real badguys

For clarification:

IF a suitcase is used tonight and IF the suitcase chosen is then one that banishes the person with the second highest votes...then...maybe I shouldnt tell you guys? I think Rb would go nuts if I didnt and that happened.:grinyes:

Well, I don't think so.....I would just delete posts as necessary to keep you more confused....:grinyes:
 
If the suitcase in question is put into play tonight the person in second place will go, not literally the person with the "second highest" votes even though that is what the rules say. I was not thinking about ties, and I should have...this suitcase was intented to get rid of the person next in line for the lynch. Sorry for any confusion...a coin will be flipped to find who will be the first lynch candidate. If the suitcase is put into play than they will be safe tonight and the other will go instead. Otherwise the lynching would go right ahead with the first person. If the suitcase is put into play, you will know...
