Secret voting me off is a bad thing and you have to live with yourself if you break a deal.

We're all mercs to some degree in this game, but I think revealing your role and not joining with one of the collectives at least for day one is a bad move. A Doc with no alliance is really no good to anyone, especially because your ability can be swapped. The immediate goal IMO is to survive the first couple nights. We should be able to come to some sort of agreement and get rid of the dead weight (non-posters, non-contributors, etc.) first while we all get a feel for the new game format. So if I promise to not vote for you for two nights, you'll protect me?

So just for everyones interest....will the results of the night's voting, with the secret votes and happenings, be posted? Not with whose vote is on who, but just the final tally...?

I think it could lend to the game for all to compare them to the final thread votes just before nightfall fell... IMO.

Yes, we're all mercenaries. Of course, i guess I'm the only one willing to admit it and I'm not really willing to stab people in the back.

I disagree that a doc with alliance is no good. Sure I can be swapped, but the new player pretty much has to reveal himself... I'm sure I'll announce it if I get swapped anyway.

Besides, according to you, I'm dead weight anyway ;)

Sure, I'll protect you... tomorrow... unless there's a better offer.

Well, unless I see you accept a better offer I'll consider it a deal. I really don't see where split votes provide anything in this format though.
