night one was a good night. got a mafia and some none innocents

known innocents:

Plant-I would put plant as a known because she is the one that put the nail in the coffin for grace. I dont think a mafia would take the chance to lynch one of their own

Leaning innocent:
swayde-Mafia dont start trains.

Either way:
rb jl and cl: Could go either way with these guys

These are some posts I came across that seemed to be protecting Grace. I haven't made up my mind about them yet but thought I'd share.

Poor Ol'man Larson Lady thinks to herself, he is muttering about Commies now...so confused is he that he really doesn't realize what has happened here? The poor guy, his potatoes were his life (rumor has it he even sleeps with one) to have them striped away like that...just sad.

Lady notices Swayde talking about the new ppl in town with Ice, and how she wants to get rid of them. With all the strange happeining going on now, Lady certainly understands Swaydes concerns...but really in a time like this shouldn't we be there for the new ppl instead of tossing them out?

Lady has also heard talk of Ice and RB competing on making a water purifier, if only they could work together instead of against one another maybe they could get something done.

Lots of ppl are throwing accusations around at others...and this is only the beginning.

Lady G posted this a couple of hours after Swayde voted Grace. Could she be discouraging others from voting Grace as Grace is a new person and should be given a chance?

Or she is an innocent not on a team and has the enemy roles mixed up. If Stalker I think she'd know that her enemy are the Operatives and innocents.Her post actually lowered her back down a little on the list.

Ice is replying to RB's post about Grace and her comment on the Military Operatives, though I believe Ice was the one who originally pointed out to her that Military Op's were the good guys. However that could be his way of letting her know she'd messed up if he couldn't get to her on their board or thru chat.

This actually makes sense to me....but don't hold that against me. She is new to the games, and the names are not the same as in any other game we have played.

On another note, I think that Ice, Coler and Hooked are playing differently than normal. I know it's been a bit for me (I'm not counting my Psycho stint, that was an odd, odd game), but we usually don't witch-hunt on Day One. It's usually given up to a "whatever happens, happens" mentality. The Day One contorversy intrigues me.

This is just an observation on my part. I am watching and absorbing info, trying to catch people with loose tongues.....

And the racial prejudice thing? That needs to stay out of the game, period. We are all friends here. It is important to think before we type, but i haven't seen any true mailce on the board since GraphicDesigner was a member. Quarreling that is to related to the game makes the Stalker types giddy, and gets in our way of rooting them out.....

Let's get them Stalker Scum!!!

Jensons agrees w/Ice about his post. Could she be jumping on this opportunity to make Grace look less evil?

The interactions between ice, grace, and Rb is what stands out to me first.
of the 3 newbs she is getting alot of attention from these two, granted of the 3 newbs she is the only one to post over 1 post.

IMO

1) They either are trying to get to her to slip up and reveal herself if she is a baddy.

2) they're tryin to create a slip up so that she can say something incriminating and then jump on it and have every one vote an innocent but giv a reason why they voted. This happend last game with EMO, the bad guys jumped at the chance to to sway voting based on emos bad grammer.


Im leaning toward #2 which would lead me to belive that either ice or rb is scummy. Both have nit picked at graces post, tryin to turn certain words or phrases into confessions or "slip ups"

Here BKW implies Grace is an innocent being set up by Ice or RB. A little later BKW votes RB. Could that be his way of drawing attention from Grace?

I think that Gracecat has made a couple of mistakes, so I think she is mafia and made a slip its possible. But could it also be a newb getting into the game and being overexcited perhaps. I think at this point it is something to watch.

Ogre I would like to know where the number came from as well, I don't know for certain if this is a slip or just confusion. Another one to watch

Ice and Rb have been jabbing at eachother the whole game so far, which is normal play I think for them. THey did it last game too and they were both innocent.

Beth states she thinks Grace is Mafia yet perhaps Grace is just overexcited? Could it be Beth wanted to look good in case Grace goes down but yet is not willing to vote her?

well at least we found out how many there really are.
I liked better when there were only four too.
I really wish that there was more to go on, Rb and Ice is just typical them.
Ogre has really kinda been cleared
Gracecat I think is new, and I am going to give her the benifit of the doubt. For Now.
I really hope that there is something more to go on soon, or most of the votes are going to be random ones

Beth states Gracecat is new. This was after JL had decoded the message so could Beth be making an excuse as to why she's not going to vote Grace?

Well, I have a class tonight and will try to get on between now and then and perhaps late tonight. Hope to hear other players thoughts on LG, Ice, Jensons, BKW, and Beth if they have not already stated them.

so hard to tell...the early bickering with rb and the "late" vote on Jensons doesn't scream scum to me, but definitely things I am taking into account.

Went after rb than jumped on the ogre train, only to go back to rb later on the basis that RB "pointed out" the slip and never voted. My thoughts are that he was trying to get a train started on RB again...granted, RB may be evil, but this seemed odd to me. And the last post of his mentions two people that he thinks are innocent and 3 who could go either way...care to share who you actually think may be stalkers? Also curious is that he says he will be looking at the "throw away" votes, high-lighting the votes from Ice, G, and Jmax...but not his or Jensons on RB? Little things that seems weird to me...maybe signs of scum...

I didn't have time to comment about this post earlier b/c I had to go get my kid from school and had started my post before I saw yours. This post confuses me a little. I'm flattered that you would consider me a known innocent, but I think your statement is only valid if CL is also a known innocent. But you have him as either way. While I have CL leaning innocent, I don't know for sure, but that you would consider me a known innocent makes me wonder if you know.

Why the need to correct my spelling error? They're are always plenty, but I don't remember any other corrections. Of coarse I could be wrong.

well, honestly, i think it was a mistake, and generally, i use the tones from other posts to judge whether it was a sinister mistake or not. the description of this game has some inconsistencies,and frankly, i am somewhat confused by this scheme myself, ..so, i am not jumping on a band wagon, just because its there, i still have twenty four hours to decide where my vote is best suited, .. so, thats why i have not voted OGRE yet.

Judge's reason for not jumping on ogre. Leaves it open for opinion...hard to question.

Two people that I think are innocent are being counted as evil by each other and several others... some of whom I think are innocent and some of whom I think are stalkers.

This is getting thick.

Personally, I think bkw's arguments are the best right now. John's go a little too far. I wouldn't hold it past the stalker team to sac someone hoping to get that instant innocent feel. On the other hand, he could be right too.

The only problem I have with this is that a nice train was piling up on Cory as well and instead some voted Grace. But maybe Cory is stalker as well and felt that the would rather lose a newb day 1? Its a possibility.

If anyone who voted Grace is stalker I feel that it would have to be the earlier voters.
