Mafia #26: Roadside Picnic the Game

About Ogre. I had planned to have some information about the game come out over time, and the numbers of each type of group was one of those things. I rolled for days to release certain bits and that one came out close to Night. To be honest I had not paid much attention to Ogres claim of there only being four Stalkers and I certainly didn't tell him that. You all ended up using my information to clear him, but it was an unintended side effect. This is possibly the closest I came to interfering in the game and I regret it. In the future I will supply all vital info that you will get in the game at the beginning.
 
I think those were the major sticking points, but I'll gladly answer anything you wish. I know I said I was done with Mafia, but that isn't true, you know I'll be back. But I am getting busy at work so I am going to have to sit out at least the next round. Sorry pappy. :( But I will be back to play again and I will consider modding again in the future. (If people promise to play all the way through!)
 
Didn't mean to ride the rules things Z, and my apologys to any one who thought i was out of line, or more of an old fart than normal.

I think we all like a bit of surprise and twists along the way. But i feel it is better to list the possibilities up front and let the random choices occur by roll or the palyers making a call.

With all the UDs, it gets extremely hard to connect things, when lynchs get moved without knowing it was a possibility up front.

I enjoyed the game Z, and appreciate you taking the time to Mod it!

Great call on BKW, RB. I'm really glad we didn't waste it on Ice on night 3. He looked sooooooo evil, though! No, I didn't think you were an old fart. I thought you were being the usual Cranky Mod. :grinyes:

lol, oh yeah I almost forgot. The Stalkers tried to hit you on Night 1 Plantling but I reminded them that they didn't have a hit then.

Oh and they used their investigation on Hooked, looks like your plan to make them waste it worked HN, as much flak as you got from Ice about it ;)
 
And thus began my downfall :) If I had voted Ice, RB or Planting then I would have been "running scared". We had decided to hit Planting but I was still newbie enough and read the warning thread on taking things too hard in the game, I didn't want to vote anyone and create animosity.

Since Ogre didn't say boo to me, and there was a train going, I jumped on it with the intention that my vote wasn't going to make one difference since we had discussed it privately to hit Plant. That didn't work out ;).

I still say under martial law, military operatives can take the power given to them and use it to their advantage unjustly. I honestly feel I would have played that position regardless my association because it's a realistic feeling. Since I started by mentioning different alien invasion movies, I was using Stephen King's Mist as the basis here. Everybody, no matter what, is subject to be questioned. I'm still unclear on how this was a incorrect assumption. MO's were good guys, but as a group couldn't they vote to take out those they thought were mafia but in fact innocents?



I had fun though :)
 
Eh you guys are so scared that I'm evil that you automatically assume I am until proven differently.
 
Fun game! Wish I had made i longer, but hey, it helped the town win! Yeah townies!!!!!! i really hated that the dr couldn't communicate, even if the mayor was found...that would've been nice..... Great Job Z!!!!
