As a side note, Dr. Gene E. Netics has his own secret vial of serum. He has no idea what it can do. But if he chooses to use it, strange things are sure to happen. This is a one shot serum, that only he has, and he can PM me whenever he wants to use it. I will activate it as soon as I notice the PM and post the results in the thread

I don't see where the results of the serum where given when Bob typed:

Off in the distance, Bala sees Dr. Gene on a mission with a vial held protectively in a black case. The Doctor enters an abode, and finds a target for the serum. It is all done in less than 30 seconds.As the Doctor starts his journey home, he is aware this is risky. So little testing on this vial to find out what it does, with no real knowledge gained...well, other than it takes about 12 hours to go into affect

And then there is this:

Lab Worker will PM me on Nights 2,3,4 and 5 with what vial number he wants to use and on who. I will make note in the thread that it has occured and what the vial did. Obviously if a death or babble, you will know who. For the genetic switching, you will not.

The only hint of maybe that happenning is here:

An ACville resident, who thinks they are well hidden, falls asleep.
Such folly in a Badland.
The injection is smooth, without any notice by the recipient...
The victim has a completely opposite point of view as to their purpose in life...

That only sorta tells us something happened but it doesn't really say what happened does it?

Well if Cat was an ES and was affected I'm not sure how Bala feels about recent posts.

The Blue Mist:

It will develop once or twice, pre-determined before the game starts. It has some unknown properties. It may reverse any nightly genetic testing, or it could take an additional person out, or it could...bring new things into play

The mist is what I probably like least about the format but I can see why a mod would love it. In any event we have to contend with it so here is where it is mentioned:

So that sounds like nothing happened with it?

Bala notices what the others have failed to see..the blue mist passing thru ACville as the night time games go on.As it rolls thru....it gives life to a past resident to place a vote for Nightfall #3....

We know what this one means...but if the mist can only happen one or twice it seems there can be no more mists?

Oh for the dead townies keeping up, Plant and I do know that one of you may be Harpo.

Bob posted that at 5:42 AM so 12 hours would obviously be about 5:42 tonight. If Cat is inferring that Dr. Gene's vial was used on him and it was the only vial used on him I'm wondering

• did Dr. Gene's vial cause him to type as he now is?
• did Dr. Gene's vial let him know he'll die at 5:42 tonight?
• did it cause him to do both?
• if he dies tonight at 5:42 how is his vote going to do harm to the innocents seeing that he'd be dead before the vote takes place? Unless he knows that he'll be the revived townie and be mafia?
• could he still be Harpo, and the vial he chose be used on someone else? If so and someone changed Harpo won't know who it is so the hints about a green one are meaningless and I'm not buying the hints that Plant will turn mafia and doesn't know it yet but Cat does.

Oh and not sure it means anything but Cat's first new signs of posting differently was around 11PM last night:

while sitting in my dark little room watching a icey cold wet rain shooting down out my window. a strange black little tweety bird hopped in onto my shoulder. it began singing in my ear "i know who the grim reaper is i know who the grin reaper is he has a gazzing look he has a a gazzing look. i know who the grim reaper is i know who the grim reaper is he has an old hook he has a new hook." as he ziged back out my window he was helped by an a large green slimey monster who acted nice. but was evil at the core.

Trouble with that if so is that you started this new style long before Bob's announcement that Dr. Gene used their vial.
