The Lynch
After much debate, some of it heated, the townspeople settle on an individual who will be made to pay for the Mafia’s crimes against the town. They make their way to his house and kick in the door. A few rush in, and a quick look-around reveals that the man of the hour doesn’t seem to be home.

After the day’s events, one individual feels very isolated, and decides that it’s time to take things into his own hands. Thinking that he’ll show the town who the Mafia really is, he heads out with purpose.
Upon locating his intended victim, the man pulls out a wrist-rocket slingshot and places a stone in the sling. He pulls back and releases, sending the stone hurling through the air.
The intended victim looks up and briefly notices the man releasing the stone….first with both eyes, and then only the left one, as the projectile makes it’s way through their right eye, quickly embedding itself in the brain. Knees give out, and it’s over.
The assailant quickly rushes to his victim to confirm the kill. Upon looking into the dead individual’s lifeless face, the man realizes that his victim has seen him naked...many times.
He’s killed scoop411…
Scoop411 is dead, and they were the Doctor!
Horrified, the man heads for home…

The man returns home, and isn’t surprised to find an angry crowd waiting.
In their attempt to rid themselves of this Mafia scourge once and for all, the crowd surrounds their target and drags him off toward Town Square to be judged before Bala. Upon arriving at the square, however, the town gives a collective gasp. Is Bala gone? Has Bala abandoned them?
Standing where their beloved Bala once did, appears to be a giant Clown Loach. Closer examination of the Clown Loach reveals a profile the same as that of a Bala Shark, however, the coloring is all wrong.
The group relaxes somewhat when they realize that Bala still stands with them, albeit in disguise. Apparently someone had taken it upon themselves to disguise Bala using orange and black paint. The fact that the town's all-seeing guardian has also been forced into hiding, makes the crowd all the more determined to end the Mafia's assault on the town.
A noose is placed over the head of tonight's chosen one, and tightened. The rope is tossed over Bala's back, where eager hands await. Someone yells 'Pull!' and the man rises into the air. He struggles briefly, and then it's 'Game Over' for them.
A member of the group checks his arm for a Mafia tattoo. Upon not finding one, they return to his home to search it. They find nothing of interst other than many self-help books such as ‘Take Control of Your Life,’ and ‘Seize the Moment.’
Old3Toes is dead and was the Vigilante…and he killed the doctor.

A group of shady looking characters waits until darkness falls and then heads out on their sinister mission. Sneaking through alleys and doing their best to remain hidden in the shadows, they eventually make their way to a small cottage.
A little picking of the lock, and they make their way inside. The intended victim is sitting with their back to the group, and never even hears the shot go off before the bullet hits flesh, then bone, then brain….ending their life.
