Interesting that Driver thinks most of the town is mafia. I want to see how Tib posts, as he is high up on my list as well. Tree's vote feels a little scummy to me right now, piled onto what I have already said.

Gunslinger brought the vote close to a tie. If Old3Toes would have switched to C-note then it would have become a tie. I don't think the Mafia would risk a tie just to look innocent.

the game is about taking chances and doing the unexpected. i do agree that it would be pretty daring.

but what if c-note is innocent, that wouldn't clear gunslinger. he could vote for c-note then old3toes ties it and either way an innocent goes home.

I retract my vote on c-note and vote to lynch Gunslinger.

the way gunslinger holds their vote till the end and their quick posts with no real information has me thinking mafia.the few posts they have made pointing to someone have been either weak at best or non commital.

I had a real life issue come up yesterday. I will need to read all of yesterdays and todays posts after work before I can post a list and a vote.

i need to read todays posts, i'm torn between c-note and gunslinger. i can see cases for both.
c-note for their early vote on uhoh and the bad explanation for it later in the game

gunslinger for the hit and run posts, late day votes and non commitenal to players they do point at.

My thoughts on everyone...

BadHaggis = undecided, could be either or, would like to see more posting
Hammerhead = probably a townie, yea the Driver/LG stuff got really old, but I don't think it means he's mafia
Doomsday = undecided, really would like to see more posting
C-Note = undecided, could go either way in my mind, one to watch closely for sure
Hi IQ = another undecided and I really don't have much of an opinion either way based on posts
Maelstrom = leaning more toward townie, some slight suspicions, but way less than others
Uhoh = leaning more toward mafia based on posts, but I can't really come up with solid evidence, it's more of a general feeling from his posts
Driver = leaning more toward townie, confusing at times, but I really don't get a mafia feel
Gunslinger = leaning toward mafia, I do feel like their posts are not very helpful at all, and neither is the general attitude I am picking up based on posts
Narwhal = undecided, but watching closely, I don't trust her and I find her posting very suspicious, I would lean her more toward mafia than innocent
Rockets = leaning toward townie, seems to be trying to help the town out, but I am still leary from my exchanges with them
Tiburon = undecided, I really can't seem to make up my mind on him, want to see more posting
Wing Nut = there's been no helpful posts from him at all. I had hoped having some votes would get him to post more, but at this point I really am starting to believe he's innocent and either way too busy to play or just has no real desire to play as a townie. I can't imagine a mafia player taking the chance on laying that low and would think their teammates would at least be encouraging them to make more contributions to the game

I retract my vote on Wing Nut and vote to lynch Gunslinger.

Simple it brought things closer to a point where a tie could develop. I wondered if we would see any last minute shifts to save the lynch victim.

I don't believe we did. What does that tell us about where the mafia votes were...?
Alright I have been thinking about night 1 votes and this post by gunslinger is actually thought provoking. Why didn't we see any shifting in votes? Either the Mafia had pressing RL issues and could not be present at nightfall or as gunslinger suggested:

From my standpoint..

1) It tells me c-note wasn't of concern to them

So perhaps C-note is a townie also, so it didn't matter which way the votes fell.

If gunslinger was Mafia, I don't think he would suggest this, so now I'm inclined to believe maybe both he and C-Note are innocent. Unless C-Note is the Big City Mafia Goon, then perhaps it would explain the nonshift in votes because his fellow Mafia wouldn't know who he is. It's a possibility but I'm not sure on that yet.

I was looking back as well and i came to a very simaliar end point but only on C-Note. Cause what better way to cover your tracks than to come up with why the votes didnt shift. Up until that general area gunslinger had yet to bring any real valid points to the town IMO but what a better way to sort of bring yourself back off the radar than to do that. If you look gun was starting to creep up peoples lists and what better way to fall off then to point people in the other direction.

Was trying to finish the vote tally to see if I could figure out anything. Too bad ZSand can't post his handy vote tally's. So if both C-note and O3T were of no concern to the Mafia then all 3 of their votes are probably on different players. And since they didn't want to be obvious and sit on a person alone, I would say maybe in the top four rows. I'm gonna go see if some of those votes had weak reasonings or appeared to be follow along votes.

At this point they are still a suspect, but I think there are better canidates out there. I am worried that the most vocal players are making themselves the best targets. There are a few that don't seem to be particaping much. Below are four players that have posted as many times as Lady G on her real SN (twice - wing nut only once).

[AC] narwhal - First one to post, would expect them to post more often.

[AC] Doomsday998 - I think they were one of the last to place a first post.

[AC] Gunslinger - Posted about Lady G and a "scummy feeling about nemisis"

[AC] wing nut -Another late for their first post - then posted that they did not trust anyone.

There can be something said about how mafia would not want to be in the bottom, while I can agree with that to a point, I am fairly sure that different mafia members will post differently, they will not all be in the middle. By not knowing how people have played in the past, it is hard to judge by post count. I do think in this format, these low post counts should be looked at. I am okay with voting for any of the four listed, my top choices are narwhal and wing nut.

While I find it flattering that you continue to mention my name, and insist that the amount of posting I have makes me mafia, I find it odd That the one thing you can find,( out of all that reading, ) is that because we are low posters we are guilty.

IMHO, your using this as a tactic to distract from yourself, while making yourself "appear" helpful. So, to that end:I vote to lynch C-note

So let me see now... Since I said we cant trust anyone, because we dont know who anyone is, and dont know how they'll play the game as I am sure everyone is trying their best to alter their playing style, this makes me mafia?
there's some great logic goin on!

I am having a tough time making any decision, but i think I have a good idea who alot of us are, but thats not doing me any good...so far, I just see a lot of finger pointing, and dont really see any solid evidence of anyone being mafia !

I 100% agree with this opinion by the way. becuase we have jobs and dont sevote 100% of our spare time to this game, does not make us mafia. This theory has been tested in the past, and many innocents were lynched, including myself, because we didin't post alot. I also agree that this could be a tactic to divert attention from yourself to someone else. I too think C-note might be Mafia, but I am not going to cast my vote just yet...( I also have a good idea who c-note might be, and he's been evil in the last 2 games that I know of)
Of these two votes on C-Note, it's a close call, but I would say Doomsday's vote is more suspect. Wing Nut's interactions w/C-Note seem more genuine.
