LadyG, you just moved up on my list. Among other things you misquoted me and are putting words in my mouth. Show me the quote where I said I wanted to lynch you.

What I said, and I still agree with it, is that 'knowing your role would probably give us a lot of useful information on others.' I also said, 'I'm NOT going to lynch you'... today. We'll see about tomorrow.

Since Z is posting a list, I'll throw one too. This always gets me in trouble though. please keep in mind that lists are fluid and changable. As of this moment, the people that have me most concerned about being mafia are: Pixl, Wingnut, and LadyG.

You must have missed the post where I quoted RB's post count and told mseckman that it looked like her vote for Jensons didn't count. For you to have gone through everything yet again as you said, it's odd that you missed it. You also missed the point I was trying to make about Pix's post counts. Yes, I had mentioned you but the post really wasn't about you. ATM, I am undecided as to this being a sign of jumpiness.

Yep, I did miss that C-Note, but I did understand your point on Pix's posts...that is why I said it was a "joke" toward you when I made the post count post. If I actually thought something of it I would of said so, you actually made me laugh when I read that part about how they could post as much as me.

Wow ZSand, you have all 3 new players on your list. Could it be that you are paranoid of the unknown this round or are you shooting for easy targets?


I think the problem with first day voting is that there is so little information to go on that the town can't come to a concesus about just a few players. And if we all piled up on one or two players, what are the chances that both candidates aren't innocent? The plan you proposed may work later on in the game, but not now.

I have to agree here, the last few games when we all jumped on just a couple players they have ended up both being innocent...I do think later in the game it is a good idea, but on day one way unnecessary.

I know saying anything about the detective is a bad thing but for some reason with the 2 teams I thought we could make it work. I was wrong and admittingly realized it.Those who are bringing it back up after the fact are on the watch list along with the players who can't seem to grasp the thought that alt ids were handed out before the game started.

Funny thing is that it wasn't anything but a comment on how I felt about Pix being picked on. I can't say I am a fan of newbie hunting on day 1.

How do you see Pix as being "picked on"? They are posting very off stuff and quite a bit for a Newb...ppl have called them out on it, questioned them, and made statements about them. No one is "picking" on them, it's how the game goes...I'm sure your not new, so it seems to me you would know this. Should we never question ppl who are new??

No its not that you shouldnt question a newb. But i do belive in the fact of a newb has never played the game. Be it that they have read a prior thread of the game or not does not matter because they have never played. They are just trying to get involved in the game IMO. Thats how i felt my first game. We vets often forget how it feels to play this game with "new eyes". Im not trying to protect pixs in any way i just like to see newbs have a fair shake at the start. Tell me if you were a newb and got blasted about what yu were doing from day one would you want to come back and play more? Or more likely you wouldnt want to play again? This is why i dont feel we should Grill the newbs on their first game. Question them YES, Grill them NO. But hey thats just IMO!

Pix has my attention but not enough to vote them. Hope the Detective investigates them and subtly lets us know if its a proper vote or not. I am going to place a vote now to cover myself from being a possible UD. Subject to change.

I will be voting for a non poster. The chances that we lynch mafia is pretty low.Our best chance will be them taking out one from the other team with a hit. By voting out a non poster that would have been lost to UD anyway we keep the active townies safer. On later days when we have something to work with this would not be a proper strategy.

I vote to lynch Charlie. Of all the non posters he is the one that contributes the least to the game overall.

Taking a possible UD is really NOT a good idea, not even on day one IMO...all you are doing there is making things easier for the Mafia.

Only thing I do see are players trying to hard to make cases out of nothing. With the limited posting I think the mafia are trying to play aggressively.Since there are 2 teams its possible they are both going after the same players. The players with aliases and the easy target,sorry G but you kind of are, and the newbie.

Your missing my point. By voting for a possible UD day 1 we protect an extra active innocent. The point is moot now that everyone has posted and possible mafia are in sights. I brought it up for the reason that not much was being said at the time.Without posts it was safer to vote out a UD,especially when there were 5 at the time.

I stand by my detective comment. It is possible to hint to someones innocence without coming out.Especially with 2 teams of mafia. One team might think its the other team clearing that player in hopes that they buy some faith from the town.

How are we protecting a extra active innocent if voting for a possible UD??

I didnt say that they shouldnt be questions and pulled on the carpet like everyone else but i do think its wrong to lynch someone on day one who is new and may make a few mafia tells that we as vets see but they as newb dont have any clue are supposed mafia tells. For all little the newbs know i think unless they come out and say flat out that they are mafia that they need the beneifit of doubt when it comes to what they say.

And yes i was mafia when i started and my team really did nothing to coach me or teach me much of anything. They just let me go and under my guess hoped i didnt drop the ball. (Note yes the ball was dropped on the game with my id but not me if we all remember.)
