Mafia #33 - Bruce Campbell Vs. Army of Darkness

I tried to read this thread at work. It was too crazy to keep up with.

How in the world did we end up in a tie? At first glance, it looks like rb created the tie. I need to read more of it, Lady G was all over the place. I felt she was trying to aviod a tie and seemed willing to be lynched.

Since there was only the lone EA at nightfall, there is no teamwork or anyone saving anyone. I am going to read the times, I see no valid reason for the late vote changes.
You know, I didn't catch the Jmax thing..but that makes since to me (what you said) not what Rb did. Very good point there JL...by moving his vote to Jmax, he was "covering" his turn victim!

Yep, makes since to me...so yeah my tops would have to be RB and Jmax:grinyes:

Ok i don't see rb as being so dumb as to cover his turn it was a three way tie right? so lets say rb turned some one that wasn't even up to a lynching. then he changes his vote to tie things up to misguide us making us think that he is protecting a certian someone but in reality we should just lynch Rb then no one else can be turned if he is EA... RIGHT?????? then all we would have to do is figure out who RB would turn.....

LMAO!! You are going to get accused of being inside my brain with that post!! Yes, that is pretty much it. IF Rb is the E.Ash and is lynched they get no more turns. It is E. Ash we are after more then any....yes, any bad guy/girl is good...but E. Ash is who we want most!

I believe that was also JL's point, maybe it wasn't someone up for a lynch...but who he voted for that would be his choice. What better way to "turn" someone then to put a vote on them when they have no threat to be lynched...we look back and "OH, he couldn't of turned so/so because he had his night vote on them"...I think he just was trying to cause confusion with his actions more then anything...and he accomplished it.

no my only question is if he is an innocent why would he want to hurt the town????? by causing all this confusion........ Shame on you RB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again, you are scaring me LMAO!!! Don't try to understand him, it will only hurt your brain.:grinyes:

As Lady G prepares to go to bed, she thinks of the days events. Sleep will not come easy for her as so many thoughts run through her head. What is going on with Daddy O, where IS Jmax? Hoping her friend is ok, she falls asleep, hoping her dreams can escape her from all this chaos if only for the night.

I have to say (no matter how crazy or carpet bombing) this may sound. RB's late vote change has me concerned big time...I am now worried did he switch because he had his PM sent in to Z saying he wanted Chill to be his sidekick?

I find it odd that Chill has said nothing now, after ALL that his only post is "that was intense"? As much as he has posted and he was here for all the craziness, and he is silent? I don't know if that is correct of coarse...but the way everything played out just makes me wonder.

I was pretty certain Jensons was the E.Ash though...so I am a bit off right now.

I would have to say at this point my tops would be RB, Jensons and maybe Chill.

I do have to sleep sometime. This post was at 1:06 my time and I was all snug in bed.

I tend to think you can learn stuff without lynching people. I don't think RB is the big E. He tried to force a tie on night 1 also, and we all know Cat was evil that night.

I don't think you were evil last night either or I would have switched my vote to you. Also if you were evil you could have switched your vote to me and gone the easy route. Have you been turned since? I don't know.

My thoughts at the moment are the big E is someone who all ready had a vote in on me or else they would have switched to me and broke the tie.

My feeling yesteday was that the big E was a low poster. I still tend to believe that. When Jens raised her head late to vote for me she clicked on my radar as a likely suspect. Keep low and pop up at the end to vote on the person with the most votes is not a bad strategy for flying under the radar. At that point though her hand is played and she can't vote for me again when RB changes his vote. She's still a good suspect in my book.

At this point my main suspect is Jensons
suspicions on NB with you as his turn
and sadly dawg (but that's along shot I elaborate on later)

for now I vote to lynch Jensons. I reserve the right to change my vote as more information comes to light.

Chill wakes and wonders what happened last night. The ground swell was on the, mob had turned, and he thought he was a goner. He was okay with that, ready to move on to the next turn of the wheel. It was good day to die. It was a better day to live;the air is pretty sweet this morning.

What happened the mob was advancing, then the Harley pulls up, and the rider points at the Judge and says "it's you".

All heck breaks loose and the babyface screams "no ties, no ties, we will have a lynching."

This tells Chill nothing though. The biker was gunning for a tie on night 1, and the Baby face was just as bloodthirsty, but neither turned out to be the big E.

After the baby face incites the mob. There is a flurry of fingerpointing. Chill could feel the noose tightening but the crowd could come to no consensus. They didn't have enough ropes for all their choices and in the end the crowd disipated into the night.

The babyface and the lady hung around to berate the biker, but he just smiled revved his motor and pulled away into the night.

Once the biker left Chill headed back to the hotdog stand. He gave his new jacket to a homeless person he passed in an alley. A second street person called him by name. He turns to look at a wild eyed old woman who said she'd been talking to the Designer.

She cackles: "Beware, beware, now there are two. "

For the most part she talks in rhyme and nonsense. Something about an evil one taking someone to yoga class. Chill gives her his new watch and carries on.

As he walks though he wonders about the significance. Do the powers that be taunt us with obscure clues? Who in town is into yoga?

For a second he thinks: "Could it be a downward facing Dawg?"

"Nah just the rambling of some crazy old lady. "

Wow, I'm still trying to make sense of things. Please feel free to correct any mistakes, but this is the scenario I got:

Votes were at 3 Jens, 2 RB, 4 Chill, 3 G, 1 JM, 1 Dawg
RB switches from Chill to JM making a 3 way tie between Jensons, Chill, G. (sets tie)
G votes RB but doesn't retract.
Hooked switches from Chill to G making it 2 Jens, 3 Chill, 4 G. (breaks tie)
Dawg switches from G to RB making it 2 Jens, 3 RB, 3 Chill, 3 G. (sets tie)
Hooked switches from G to Jensons making it 3 Jens, 3 RB, 3 Chill, 2 G. (keeps tie)
G switches from Jens to RB making it 2 Jens, 4 RB, 3 Chill, 2 G. (breaks tie)
And lastly G switches from RB back to Jens making it 3 Jens, 3 RB, 3 Chill, 2 G. (sets tie)

I'm still trying to decide if RB set the tie because he just plain likes ties as has been seen the previous night and past games even when innocent and a pr. If he was innocent (could have been turned) then maybe he wanted to see who would move their vote around. Or maybe he believed nobody up for votes was EA. OR he is EA and wanted to appear to be saving Chill and/or cause chaos. But I can't understand why he'd risk himself appearing Scummy when he could have just laid back and let Chill be lynched especially if he wanted to turn JM who was in no danger of being lynched.

And Hooked seemed to be doing the right thing by breaking the tie and giving the Town a chance though small of getting rid of an evil. But it could also be that if he was the EA he wanted an Innocent to be lynched as this is a scorched earth format. But would he take the chance to be the nail in the coffin of an innocent?

Both Dawg and Lady G have me confused on their voting. Both tied up the votes at some point. However Dawg seemed genuinely surprised that others had switched their votes. G on the other hand seemed to jump haphazardly around. She actually broke the tie then followed HN back onto Jensons. Almost seemed like she didn't wanna be the kill vote on anyone.

So my suspicions are still on G and to a lesser extent RB and HN.
