Plant my scenario was worse case. There's no guarentee they would get the bot. Just as there's no guarentee they won't if we lynch DD. What ever way we go there's a risk of losing the bot tonight.
I think you're reading to much into the rules if she turned innocent there would be no deadites and no one to lynch.
I also think we have to assume the bookholder went with the town vote as anything else makes no sense. Personally I didn't think it was DD but if I was the bookholder I would have turned her anyway in accordance with the wishes of the town.
