See, here where Ogre sees innocent, I see intentional misdirection. Maybe even a connection to Ogre.

I vote to stake Fire
Her post looks as if she is screaming at Ogre,she even wants to OMGUS Ogre but doesn't.Then votes one of Ogres other picks,possible distancing. She obviously skimmed if she thinks she didn't make anyones list.
I actually came on to vote BKW since he is hiding so easily from us but Fires post actually had some bite to it.
I really have nothing better at this time. Hoping that the days activities will give us something more solid.

Ogre - He quoted and discussed issues on several people and then voted for Fire. He doesn't state any other reason other than a gut feeling. His first sentence on JMax actually sort of defends Fire.
Fire - Is acting overly defensive and then the threat of an OMGUS which quickly leads to a vote for Sploke for a weak reason.
It seems to me like these two are doing a little distancing. I will probably be voting for either Ogre or Fire tonight...and for now...

Yeah after RB reposted that section of the rules, I realized that there were actually 3 rather than 2. And fire, apparently I wasn't the only one confused, but I'm not going to worry about your vote, although I'd like to hear some more elaboration on this "connection" you're noticed.
And holy crap JM, you must have the most exciting, dramatic life ever...It seems like every time a game starts and someone calls you out for something, the whole world is crashing down suddenly. When you start referring to your "litany of excuses"....seriously?
Nope, not saying that I have a dramatic life( although, seriously, I could write a novel, and no one would believe half of it, I would have to have proof.Incidentally, i do have proof. ) I was simply saying that when I point out why I am busy, Its the same reasons, ( kids, volunteer work, dogs,sick family: alot of my family are elderly, and not in great health: ..ect, ect ect...) So, i just reasoned That i did not need to write it all out.
I stated in the last game, that I wasn't going to play the next few. I really shouldn't sign up. I got a pm from G, figured I might be able to moosh out some time. ( PLEASE NOTE: some time).
As for those of you who assume I agreed quickly with brandy. I think she made a solid point. Lists are a little stupid. I don't see the point in this set up. Who in their right mind would list who they would actually choose, If they were the LV.
I also reason, If G were to choose LV , it would be "Huggie" after last games play, and you all still did not successfully lynch him. That is who I would have chosen.

Well at least someone's talking. 2 hours with no posts...wake up everybody!
I don't see why getting everyone's top suspects out there and seeing what other people are thinking is a stupid idea. I mean, I realize I haven't played a mafia game in a while, but that was kind of how things went before, I can't imagine things have changed all that much. The point is that 75% of lists we get at this point (9 out of 12) will be from innocents so if you take a broad view, we might be able to get some thoughts out.
The alternative, of course, is we all just stop posting our suspicions altogether, but it would make for a boring game.

I forgot something. JM you're missing the point. The idea behind getting some names from everybody is not so we have a reference to look at onec we identify the LV...that makes no sense. I think its partly to identify who should be watched carefully, or as I stated before, a tactic for the vamps to pick out who would be the least suspicious turns.
