Mafia 42: Assassin in the Palace (The Play)

With bodies piling up in the Armory, the occupants start feeling a sense of urgency to catch the assassin. A member of the group is selected, and attacked with little hesitation. The blows are fast and furious and tonight's chosen is mortally wounded. Before losing consciousness, though, a single thought enters his mind...'Kill the King!'
Mustering all of his strength, the recipient of tonight's swordplay slips a dagger from his sleeve and throws hard. TO BE CONTINUED...
Zsandmann, Assassin, lynched Day 4
At this point, as per the rules, the Assassin will have up to 24 hours to select their target. Upon selection, the Assassin will PM their target to me, and I will post the result. The Assassin's selection must be PMed to me by 9:00 pm CDT Saturday. Once again, as soon as I have the target, I will post the result.
Also, as per the rules, I've asked a mod to lock the thread while the Assassin makes their choice. PLEASE NO POSTING IN THE THREAD before it is locked.

The Assassin's dagger flies through the air like a missile. It accurately finds its victim, and cleanly pierces her eye, penetrating the eye socket and entering her brain. The victim loses all facial expression and falls forward, driving the assassin's dagger even deeper into her head. She twitches briefly, and then stops moving altogether.

Well Z, guess you didn't guess correctly. I was kind of worried as Bkw mentioned Noodles then was killed, I mentioned Noodles and was killed then Mal voted Noodles as she died. Thought we gave it away.
I really thought it was Dawg, especially after he wouldn't vote Mal. I thought since he knew Mal wasn't the king he had no reason to vote her and starting a train on someone else was his only hope. Then his reason for voting me based on the post he quoted where he tried to make it look like I was asking us to always vote the king but never lynch him. I was like how stupid does he think I am? If you actually read it I don't see how you come to that conclusion. I did say to include the king in the loop, I didn't say it was to be continually. Even the example shows that.

I thought sure it was Mal after her saying she was watching noodles. I figured it wasn't dawg at first because he named noodles and said something else that indicated to me he was a guard.
I just didn't want to jump on the Z train after everyone had mentioned noodles previously and give him any clues.
I really thought it was bkw though.
I'd do this format again. I like the speed.

I wondered about Z...but wasn't sure, I was really torn between him and Dawg.

I really just didn't get the time I usually do to play this round I wasn't trying to lay low..but I guess in the end it worked out good for our QUEEN!! Since I'm sure that was the reason Z thought it was me

I really liked this set up too and agree we should run it again, I just wish I could of been on more I had fun when I was able to post thoughts and stuff.
Ice...I'll miss ya in the games thats for sure, but understand the needing a break..it will be strange playing without you. You were one of the biggest influences on me in this game. When I first started playing between you, Hooked, DD and Z riding me all the time, it made me want to play more LMAO!!
