Don will count towards the innocent tally and wins when the town does. Gives them more incentive this time around rather than wait it out.

Snitch is technically a mafia player but is stuck with the innocents on purpose. They won't be able to communicate with their teammates unless the accomplice investigates the snitch. Sort of a lone mafia role but stuck with the opposite team.

Thanks for that suggestion Mad, and I agree, it would give the evils a fairer chance.

Ice: are you saying that the Det and the two innocents they are communicating with would join the bellhop/bartender team if investigated?

Noods, game will start the 2nd of Jan. at the earliest. I'm thinking sometime that weekend though.
hhhmmm- My son is leaving for Idaho on the 5th and I expect my life to be hectic the week prior......Why does RL have to interfere with my fun! :wall:
 
Nights will be 48 hours as that seems to have been working nicely the past few games. I can start the 4th and have night 1 on the 6th if that helps noods...I really don't care when to start and if more people have a chance to join than that's better IMO.

I thought you meant 1 of them would. Hope I'm an innocent because I'd go crazy trying to win as an evil. 11 players (4 teams) of communicating innocents will be impossible to beat.

I think you'd be better off picking 1 myself but its your game. My thought was that the Bartender hears tidbits of news so he could help the Bellhop decide where to drop off suitcases. If the Det finds them then the bell hop could also help determine who to investigate from the tid bits.
 
I was thinking along the lines of all communicate. I just remember that the major problem (both voiced and shown through the gameplay) from last time was that the innocents just sat around and randomly picked off people hoping they were the scum, seeing as there wasn't much of a team to find. Once I added the communicating team of innocents it was fairer to the innocents. I thought that maybe adding the chance for everyone to communicate with others would not only make it interesting but easier for the innocents this time around. Does it really sound that impossible? Maybe I should change it so that the roles are known within the group but no communication? Or also maybe the detective and doc don't get to communicate either?

If you can do, that I would be forever greatful! I would love to play but like I said, after the 5th would be better.............Let's all pray that I can figure out the rules before day 3! :rofl:
