This is true. He has to have been on the team to start with for JL to need to save him. I see no reason for him to jump from 1 innocent to another and making himself a target except to have saved him.

He has to be the murderer then because JL wouldn't save an accomplice or turn and make himself a target.

I retract my vote on Rickets and vote to take the soul of Lucky
 
One more thing I have been thinking about. The only people still playing who have yet to receive final votes are Ice, rickets, and Ogre. I am thinking these three would be top choices for a turn last night. Of the three, I am not sure who but I would think ogre wouldn't be a great choice because there is a lot of suspicion hovering around. Ice is a solid player and hasn't been listed on anyones list except lucky. Rickets hasn't made much of a splash either and an alias player could help I suppose although I wouldn't make a decision based on that alone. I guess the troubled souls could have just as easily picked someone who has received votes but isn't even on the chopping block to throw people off. Just some thoughts.

That could explain why Rickets doesn't think its strange JL jumped to Fire and why Lucky no longer is a suspect to him.

I guess I could see that as a team. Only problem with this is all voted Fire. Would the original team choose someone else who voted with them? Or would they choose someone more random and unconnected?

Rickets also voted DD with JL night 1. Less of a connection there but it would be something that they wouldn't want people to question.

What better way to hide? Who would ever expect 3 players from the same team on the same lynch victim?
 
I suppose that could work for them, but again I don't really like trying to get into the mafia's head. Too many "what ifs"...also, I don't want to get stuck with the team mentality again. Right now the only suspicion I have of rickets is because of Lucky, which again is just another suspicion. If we weren't so tight on numbers I would be all for lynching lucky asap to see where it leads, but I want to be more careful than that.

I could still see Opi and Rich being good turns. All they've gotten are lone votes and a few second looks. But other than that they are pretty much in the clear for now. So I can't really base a vote off of someone being a turn candidate. I mean, the connections between rickets, JL, and lucky are so-so, but I still want to see more.
 
Wow! this is getting intense! I feel like such a newb! :nilly:
I will keep my vote on Lucky - for now - I am very uncomfortable with his erratic behavior; there seem to be some players that cannot be reined in no matter what (3L & eddie come to mind! :lipssealedsmilie:) and I feel Lucky is definately one of them, especially with his comments last night about saving his own neck no matter what, ya da ya da....

That late switch by John to take out Fire is still really sticking out in my mind. I know I was also on Fire but that late switch to seal the deal was intriguing to say the least........
Ogre seems a bit off this game but he did say he is moving into a house and i know what a monumental project that is and takes toll on a person, could also just be my omgus feelings that I am trying to suppress - he has voted for me 2 nights in a row! :silly:

I need to do some more reading and try to catch up....
