Cory Lover : I havn't looked hard at Cory Lover - no opinion

johnlarson66 : I think JL is innocent

KingOfTheDeep : I have no read on KOTD. Could very well be mafia but I think there are objectively better suspects.

joander123 : The escape on day 1 is very suspect as Clown Lover was innocent. Being objective, this does incriminate Ice and Jensons

clown-lover : Innocent and dead (lynched)

Dangerdoll : For reasons posted earlier I have strong suspicions on DD

jpappy789 : Has been under my radar. I had an early sense of mafia. A bit like KOTD, there are better suspects at the moment.

ZSandmann : An important player (in this game, forget about the others). Ice has named ZS, Sploke and Me as the mafia, which makes me doubt that sploke and ZS are mafia. I also looked closely at ZS's shifting vote and concluded it was legitimate. I am in some ways glad JL has voted ZS; I would like to see other's opinions.

OgreMkV : Low-Key. I have no strong suspicions, or strong belief in Ogre's innocence. There is one thing since the game started which has made me doubt Ogre's innocence but I can't see mafia in his play.

Jensons : Late vote on Clown Lover - suspicious. Otherwise under my radar and I have no read on her.

bkw1982 : I have since almost the start of the game had suspicions of bkw and I still do.

By and large, I'm pretty much in agreement with this list. I think mal and john larson actually have better things to do, which is why they have been realtively quiet. KOTD still flips me back and forth, as does jpappy, but I think there are more pressing issues at the moment. DD's posts about her vote still haven't been clarified to me, because I'm still not getting much of a mafia read from meemee. And, Ice is still pricking my radar, probably more than anyone else at this point.

At least we have until Thurs night so we should be able to get some decent discussion in here.
 
What I will say about jpappy (I just did a lot of cutting and pasting and quoting but lost it grrr and have no time now to redo :

1. jpappy was adamant last night that joander is mafia
2. apart from this the only significant post was probably the one about limiting posts per day. This put jpappy on my suspect list because in game 4 I was one lazy lazy scumbag, but I will admit that before this game started I had a similar thought i.e. before roles were assigned...then I realised that this would help the mafia, and that suggesting it would give off a mafia vibe.
3. jpappy posted a list early with Joander and Me on it...very early day one and hard to put too much stock in it bearing in mind that we had almost no info then.

Basically I think we have better suspects at this time than jpappy.
 
My last thought for now (my ridiculous levels of industry on the thread btw are due to me being very idle at work. This will probably change tomorrow.

As been repeatedly advised, post a list of at least 3 or 4 suspects and try to post suspects in order of most to least likely. The town has, we think, something of a numbers advantage. An innocent who has posted little being murdered at night gives the remaining innocents almost nothing further to process in terms of information.

The game ultimately gets to a point where failure to set out where you stand is in itself suspicious looking.
 
My response:

1.) I was mostly pointing out joanders lack of credibility in his posts. He says that he isn't going to change his vote on himself, but people end of voting for him anyways. Of course any logical person wouldn't want to be lynched but for the town's sake if joander was innocent a lot could be gained. He also claimed to start the lynching bandwagon for JM, which he didn't, and of course he still comes out and says "I told you so"
2.) Dumb post on my part, but I can see why that raises some suspicion of me.
3.) List was made only because joander started off with his whole innocence thing and you voted for yourself (which confused me). Now I know your are most likely an innocent...about 98% still.

Post 473 I have highlighted the bit about DD. This is consistent with the one directly above, but what has since happened that DD is not on Jensons radar ?



Post 373 : I'm not thrilled with the coin flip as a way to decide the vote. I think objectively Joander was probably the more logical choice (bear in mind I voted no one in the end, because I couldn't decide between them...)



Please compare this ^ with the below quote : Clown-Lover is 'super-weak' as a suspect...Joan is at the top of the list. The suspicion of me doesn't objectively bother me, this is before the mafia tried to murder me :

My thinking on Jensons is that there are more guilty looking players out there, but also more innocent looking one's too.

I wonder why Jensons is not still on the trail of Joander as a suspect, or perhaps she is and will tell us that ?

Well, hello there! First, I would like to say that I am on the West coast, USA, so my times seem "late" to those of you back East, but are not out here. It is only 10:30 am here, lol. The clown-lover vote was a mistake. At that time, I did not feel comfortable voting for jo on day 1. I did, however, vote for him last night. I think I explained myself fairly well, in post 694. I did caution jo, but many other players did as well. I think that the sparring jm and jo did may have been a mafia tactic to put us off one or the other. I am not convinced that he is innocent. And you're right, I was hesitant to vote for jm. I was of the thought that maybe her play style was attributed to the fact that she had a special townie role. Pointing that out would have been very bad for the town, had she been. I am still uneasy about DD, but, after asking for her take on why I should not be, I thought it only polite to thank her. I'm just like that. I also shout "bless you" to someone who sneezes, even if I can't id who in my vicinity it was. :) I didn;t want to pop out with, "Well, very nice DD. I still think that you're mafia and I am set on it and I won't listen to anything else!" That is a good way to get hit in the night. As it stands, she is still on my mafia list. Coler, I will follow your vote tonight. I believe that you're on to something, and I apparently am missing something this game. Hope this clarifies my posts for you. ~brandy

I don't know, joander is still lurking in the back of my head but with HN getting whacked I am very confuzzled...I need more time to think...:idea:

I can see IceH2O take on the possibilty of Coler being mafia. I agree it could be. I am 99.9% sure that Coler is not mafia.

I am curious of why they hit Hooked Newbie. I do not think HN was on anyones mafia list. The mafia will want to keep suspected mafia around. If they know what they are doing. I think this group is a little more together than the last game.

I need to read more and my computer time is limited for a few more days.

I am not 100% convinced that joander is not mafia. I also saw some strange movement at the end of the day.

At this point I think ZSandmann's actions are very suspect and
