eesh..... I am not getting a good feeling from you cj.... you explanations are weak and sloppy at best...

however, I will say good idea to throw in the trip so people keep off your back, wondering why you've been so quiet...
 
Hi guys. Yes I have quieted down since yesterday, which you all know isn't my style... especially considering how eager I was from the start to jump right into this game. So I'll explain that. As the flurry of posting arose yesterday, I'll admit I got a bit lost in all the bickering and finger-pointing that went on. (Perhaps not the right words there, but you get the idea.) I'm not sure who to trust at all, to be quite honest about this and the pace at which this game picked up caught me a little off guard. I felt cautious and knew I needed some time to sort out the accusations being launched by DD, noodles, and Blueiz... then I was frustrated by what seemed to be side issues that were raised and seemed (to me) to be quite arbitrary and counter-productive by people like TRS, Luvbugz, and few others. At this point, something came up of a private matter for me yesterday that completely pulled me away from all this last night just before "darkfall" and kept me out of all the fun (and frenzy) until the wee hours this morning. It turned out to be a long and very busy night for me.

I'm able to check in real quick now, but I still don't have time to sit down and sort through everything that's gone on enough to get a good read on anyone yet. I have a lot to get done today (offline) and will devote all the time I can to getting caught up again this evening.

Once all that is out of the way, today... I'll be right back to my usual self here in terms of activity and long-winded posts and I'll share my impressions and judgements right along with everyone else.

This is still the start of a new day for us. We have some time until darkness (wednesday night) to regroup... review.. and reassess. My feeling now (aside from having my own distractions at the moment) is that we've been largely misled by several very convincing players. And because of this, we've lost two completely innocent townsfolk. Please... let's not allow the bad guys to keep misleading us as well as they've obviously done. We really can't afford to lose any more innocents when darkness comes again tomorrow.

I feel we all need to relax and settle down. Let's take the time we have now (as much as possible) to read and review things as well as we can. We need to focus very well right now and do the best we can to look at everything (and everyone) in an impartial and objective manner. It's much too easy for us to be misled by all the lies we hear and for us to read too much into motives, doubts, suspicions, and false accusations.

Saying that Luvbugs 'piqued your interest' is hardly making clear that you would abandon your Dawg vote, and vote for Luv if only they weren't a newbie.

And as far as not causing your own lynch by moving your vote, fine. Don't give other reasons. Saving your butt would have been your #1 reason for not moving, if you really wanted to move at all.... not that you were paralyzed by not wanting to vote for a newbie.

You forgot that you were going to Jamaica? I would think that if someone were travelling to Jamaica in the near future that a significant part of their calendar would be blocked out for the trip, and it would be pretty hard to forget. Who are you travelling to Jamaica with, cj?

There are some people of interest, where is DD? She really hasn't added anything. What does TRS really bring besides jumping on posts of others. Still not much from them. The lying about the edits still eat at me. Luvbugz seems to know everything. As far as noobs, I would rate Luvbugz at the top suspect.

As far as the vote switch by Blue, I wish she would have switched to someone else besides dawg. I am still not sure the reasoning dawg was getting the votes he had. I do think it was a late switch, anytime when there is less than an hour is a late switch.

I am going to put out my top three - The Zigman, Blueiz, LuvBugz - no order, I am willing to vote for any of these three. Anyone else I am willing to think about. If I had to add a forth, it would be DD, but would want to see the other three gone first. I am concerned how noods seems to be the favorite of conversation while being IMO guilty of posting too much. Too often vocal players are lynched for just being vocal. I would look at the lower posters and what they post.

Just have a minute but wanted to speak to this.
1. you are correct, I have been focused on just a few. I will do my best to look at everyone for the good of the town. (once I get going in a spat, it is hard for me to stop!):lipssealedsmilie:

2. yes, as usual I am a high poster. If I were to back off, I am sure it would be looked at as suspicious in this game or any other....just me, big mouth!

Now onto the players, I still am leery of luvbugz with her all over the board voting and playing yestrerday; TRS, I don't know, just a confused newb? possible....CJ, not much input (but explained busy etc:confused:), Rich, seems to be hanging in the background tagging along which seems to be his style, not much input; DD, finally! Some input! I was begininng to get worried about you. :lipssealedsmilie:
Blue, still not sure about you. kickin the crap out of bushes yesterday but not much today, seems pretty defensive when I merely mentioned her name again this morning...Zigman, I dont know....JL, fairly vocal but seems to be looking at everyone....I know I have forgotten some but I am in a hurry and have to get back to the office.
This if course, is simply my opinion.....of which I am entitled. :silly:

should have more time at work this afternoon to play. :)
 
I am going with my family my mother, father, sister, her boyfriend, my brother and his girlfriend. And when i singed up i was not thinking about the trip i am fortunate to go on about 2 trips a year so i dont always remember when we r going.

^^ A quick correction needed there, as one of the losses came from an untimeley death rather than the mafia.

cj, I know DD brought this up already, and I've read your defense, but this post is really odd. You claim to have done the post in another program so as to have spelling errors corrected for you, right? Then why is the word 'don't' misspelled as 'dont' (missing apostrophe) in the last sentence?
 
because i spell check the words that have the line under them by right clicking i dont bother with dont. I am more concerned with spelling
