I never liked day one anyway!

All in all, from my skimming, it looked like MC put themselves into a three way tie and died from it. I need to soak that in.

From what I have seen, it looks like there are lots of posts, but I am catching up.

Does anyone want to hear my reasons for not posting?

DD and Rich are high on my list of suspects from their last posts.

Not voting because you didn't need to is a weak reason. It doesn't help the town track scum. The only reason to not vote is to not have a trail.

Rich protecting her reason as a good one also makes no sense at all.

So from what DD is saying is that if we aren't sure we shouldn't vote. So since know one is ever sure we should never vote. No lynching. Lets just let the mafia pick us off nightly.

So what about that is a good reason Rich?

I actually did not think of it that way and I do believe I said it was scummy. She said it would not matter not that she did not know, though in retrospect it did keep her from d4eciding a tied up vote.

yeah, that is a bit interesting.... I can understand you saying I got it, Bugz because I was posting around the same time you were and figured you were just picking on Kash and then everyone got involved........ but Ice.... what gives on saying he got it?

god points all around.... however, I will say that although Bugz has answered a couple things... or rather, has posted a couple things, not answered..... she has yet to answer the single one thing Ice has asked... and that peaks my interest considerably. Bugz... how about it? Are you gonna ansswer it or hope that it just goes away?

eh, I still have a problem with this explanation (I am trying to guess that that's what this is....) The issue I have with it is not so much as you have said I got the joke but there was a lot of posting in between my post and Ice's post... where all involved seemed to carry in the joke... yet you still single us two out.

So then I read today that MC also has a problem with my posting level. Ok, I can see if we were talking days into the game, MC but come on, there is not much going on. So, actually, looking at the numbers, when you made this post, you only had 1 or 2 posts more than I did.... so what gives? would that be an error in judgement? If you are merely a townie trying to look for early clues.... I think you should look a little further than post count at this point....

I looked these up, because it was stated that DD didn't vote. I have not seen where she stated she would not be voting. Maybe she did, I am still reading. I read (skimmed) from start to finish and now I am kinda going backwards.

I think DD was plenty active. Her no-vote is strange.

Looking through D1 posts again still doesn't help me very much even with the knowledge that Jpappy was mafia. I'll have to go through it all again, I suppose, at some point today to see if there's something I'm missing. So far in this game, the main thing that stands out for me is how little really stands out at all. The thoughts I have still seem thin and I'm not sure they're even worth pursuing, but I'll share what I can just in case it helps get some ideas out here.

First, it was my expectation that the mafia would hit either Ice or Coler the first 2 nightfalls because of their experience/game style. So that presumption lead me to think whichever of the two avoids mafia hits on N1 and N2 would more likely be on the mafia team himself. The mafia isn't going to hit one of their own. Since Coler was hit and revealed as a citizen, it's seems more likely that Ice is mafia. Going back through the posts last night looking for clues along this line, however, I don't actually see anything from his posting that backs up a mafia suspicion.

The other supposition I have is generally anyone who doesn't vote is acting more out of self-preservation than in the best interests of the town. But the same is true for those who don't post (who are actually here) and those who post now and then but who don't actually say anything. As DD didn't vote, I'll watch her more closely now.

Hope I can find more to go on than this fairly soon. This is a real slow thing with so many people either not playing or holding back because they can.

Kash, so if Ice lives, he is mafia and the town should lynch him? Is this the seed you wish to plant?

Did you post before nightfall that if you were mafia you would hit Coler or Ice? Looks to me you waited until after nightfall with this great insight.

Looks to me like you are setting Ice up. There are some good players this round and there are lots of good choices for the mafia to hit. The mafia will want to take out a power role and they will want to keep possible mafia suspects (that aren't mafia) in the game.

I am looking into jpaps posts, but nothing really jumped out as mafia. I wonder is the SK was thinking. Was the SK trying to hit an innocent or a mafia? What side were they on? MC' vote on themselves was odd.

Also, if DD comes up as mafia, I think that would clear noodles and luvbugs. Really, I have them leaning innocent as I would think that the mafia would not let one of their own go into a three way tie on day one.

I never said everyone should do it this way.... because it's the right way, I chose to this way because it's how I thought best to do it, so be it.... but I will tell you this, I didn't "not vote" simply to "hide a trail" or whatever odd "logic" you might think I used. Just because it doesn't make sense to you does not mean there were underlying reasons. I gave my reasons for it and that's all there is.

you mean to tell me there is nothing more interesting for your attention to be focused? I never said before night call that I would not be voting... I explained afterwards after being questioned about it.... if I do recall, you also didn't vote... but neither here nor there... I'm flattered by the attention John but concerned as well...

and so if I go tonight, my thoughts are that Noods and Bugz should be a focus as well as Ice and JL.

There are lots of things that have my attention. You and Kash seem to have gotten it. I am glad you are flattered. You lumping me with Ice, well that just hurts.

So if you go, why should Noods and Bugz be a focus? I have them cleared because there was no attempt to save them. If anything MC, saved them and he was the SK. Which still baffles me.

So of your 4 suspects (me, Ice, Noods and Bugz) which one are you going to vote for or are you just going to not vote again?

I am still reading, but so far my top two are DD and Kash. My bottom two are noods and Luvbugz.

Also MC not only only voted to kill themselves, but saved Luvbugz from being in the lead.

The more I think about the more baffled I am.

I only have a few minutes (well about 15) before I have a meeting with my unruly staff, whom have succeded in putting me in a really pissy mood :angryfire: .....but here are my thoughts, what few I have in the short time I have been able to review today;late yesterday I was concerned at what I belived to be Coler and Ice aligned themselves after what I thought as a little bit of distancing; but with Coler turning up innocent Ice is no is no longer a concern in that respect. (altho I would be stupid to just assume Ice's innocence)

I am gonna do this in bits so I can post my thoughts and read more, post, read, blah, blah, blah.....

This just kinda jumps out at me. Why me, why Ice and why JL? So far Ice is looking pretty pro town. JL has not been here long enough to do anything suspicious in my mind. If his absence is suspicious than so is your lack of vote. Me? Well, ok, I am always on somebody's list - whatever....Bugz, I get - she was on your radar yesterday as well as mine; altho I am not so sure she is still on mine. Need time to process more before I make that decision....
