Its a no brainer...we lynch Ogre...and I still think JM is a vampire and I simply cannot believe you guys didn't lynch him...and there is of course one more to find now now as well.

I vote to lynch Ogre

Reason a) Wycco said so b) he crept onto my suspect list last night

I may come on the thread periodically during the day to taunt him but I can't see the point in doing anything other than lynching him - even Ogre himself tells us to do it - so this vote sticks.
 
BTW I can't believe you guys didn't lynch JM. Anyone think he is a vampire now ?

As a general point on top of lynching Ogre I have no difficulty with Ogre and JM being run against each other.

I disagree. Not that JM doesn't look suspicious- but I disagree with an Ogre vs JM run. I don't see the logic in that- even if JM is a vampire... You know 100% that either I or Ogre HAVE to be guilty. JM just looks incredibly guilty- we can't say 100% for sure.


... and yes, I tend to think after last night that JM is the leading candidate for tomorrow.

It was a three way tie on 4 votes each... You could have switched your vote from JM to ZSand the same way JM switched his vote from you to ZSand.

It was the same situation, yet, you didn't.

I guess what I'm saying Wycco is that I am suspicious of JM, and you say Ogre is evil, which I accept in the absence of anything to contradict it and for all other reasons.

Its not a question of me saying there is a logic to having Ogre v JM. I'm just indicating that I have a preference for Ogre, but consider both vampires at this point in time, and would also happily vote for JM.
 
I retract my vote on JM and vote to stake Ogre.

It doesn't matter which one we pick first. There's no question about either one.
 
There is one difference between them, though. We pick the right one, we won't have do anything else. Once the LV is gone.. we win.
 
My current theory is this:

Ogre: LV
JL: First Pick
Pappy: End of day one pick
¿¿¿JM???: End of day two pick

???: Last night pick

That's just my current theory- but who knows who is lead and when people were picked.

I've suspected Ogre really early on based on his day one comment about "the Lead Vampire laughing", I've just never had any evidence on him- I've even had him on my "to-investigate" list before but have switched him out because of someone else. raising my suspicions during the day.

If Ogre is lead vampire and JM is a lesser vampire- I think it may actually be last night's pick that gets the lead vampire role handed to them. The vampires will know that JM is a prime suspect for tomorrow's lynching so are unlikely to hand the reigns to him.

I'm curious why Ogre decided to throw out the names Annie and Coler though. In throwing out suspects I don't think he would name both his team mates- but I don't think he'd pick two innocents either- he's probably more likely to try and distance one of his team-mates whilst also suggesting an innocent.

Trying to think like a vampire I suspect that one is probably innocent and one might be last night's convert.



I'm also curious to go back and look at Ogre's voting records to see if they hint at anything.

I know he was one of the ones voting off Noodles- and that he was on ZSand last night- it will be interesting to see where else he has past voted.
 
As for who was converted last night... We won't know if it was a veteran or not. I think at this stage we have to consider that a newer member is a likely target.

They went for Dawg the previous night- someone who was experienced but not previously investigated- if they used a similar rational last night Coler, Rocker, Zaffy, and JM would all be potential targets.

JM and Zaffy if neither were vampires to start with wouldn't be great picks since both were on the chopping block and are serious contenders to be lynched in the next few days.

Therefore Coler and Rocker would be the most logical picks. I think everyone expected them to go after Coler- so if I were them, I'd probably have gone after Rocker last night- he's maintained a low enough profile, yet has a few games under his belt, etc.

I'm not saying Rocker was turned last night or that he is guilty... but trying to put myself in the vampires mindset and way of thinking- Rocker must be examined today for signs of being turned.
