Okay, that's all fun but on with the game.... I basically suspect everyone at this point... of course. But I did look back at that previous vampire game Ice modded since he gave us the link and suggested it. I found it noteworthy to learn that he's known for hand-picking PR roles (of course that time he said it was random). Still with this in mind, I'm thinking he's chosen someone specific for the leading vamp role in this game. That person then gets to pick the second vampire..... then those two get to turn 2 more villagers into vampires over the first 2 days.

As I don't see this progression would really involve new or inexperienced players very much, I'm going to pay more attention and probably be more suspicious of the vets among us.

This is subject to change because a lot is bound to happen before nightfall, but for now...

I vote to drive a stake into Zsandman.

First person to reason a vote - too early for this, a vote, whatever about making an argument/setting out a principal she thinks may hold water. Albeit subject to change.

Just because it is not required, you can still post a vote with your first vote, which you chose not to.



I am not sure if I expected it or not, but I do appreciated it. I would not want to be forgotten. I am not too concerned about my honor, but I have showed up to kill some vampires.

Speaking of vampires, I vote to stick a stake into Kashta, as promised.

Feel free to use any of the following reasons for my vote on her -

a) she is playing differently than she has in the past.
b) she is playing the same as she has in the past.
c) something just doesn't seem right with her.
d) just a gut feeling
e) she was reading peoples profiles
f) she was reading PM's
g) she is a distration to the town

i) there is no train on her

I have thought hard about this. I am so sure that Kashta is evil that I am willing to risk a life on it, not my life, but wycco's. If Kashta is not evil, then wycco should just kill themselves. That is how sure I am of Kashta.

By all means, go ahead make your usual claims that you're oh-so-busy you don't have time to post or read or pay any attention to the game, to the posts, to the rules, or to the format that you actually know very well. We'll all just attribute this confusion to you being vague and disconnected..... like always.... when, in reality, you are nothing of sort.

You know exactly how this exact same vampire format was played before and it's real simple for you to jump right in again because the all the roles are the same as they were when you've did this before.

Yep, it sure is. DD doesn't have a clue what the basic game format is or how the mafia, erm... how the VAMPIRE team builds up from one to two to many more as this game unfolds. Even so, her bewilderment doesn't stop her from jumping in real quick to cast her vote on someone for reasons she claims that she doesn't understand and won't have time to figure out.



DD does a poor job here of explaining herself. She could have said something about all the role assignments made in this game... if she really hadn't been paying attention, that is. They're not all vampires. Only one person was given that role.

This also contradicts her statement in the first text I quoted... "to think Ice made the entire team vets" up there has now become "about the team of vampires" in this post.

Why don't you explain that again, DD? This might be interesting....... How many roles do YOU think there are? And do you think they're ALL vampires?

Immediate reaction from Kashta on getting four votes. And decides the fourth vote, DD, is scum. I think that is an unlikely or bad position for a scum to take up but never second guess bad play I guess.

The four vote haul is still not serious though.

Looking at the vote tally. I really don't want this to be a one horse race on Kash. I really think she's playing like she did last game. I'll add her to the 'hyper-aggressive" category.

Unfortunately, the only choice to even get close to Kash is DD and she's never a certain vote for me. Zaffy is another one, but he's got like what, 3 posts? (No, I haven't looked them up.)

It was mainly a joke vote and an OMGUS for her vote on me. Truth is this Day 1 is going to be worse than most for us lowly Villagers since there are so few scum. Trains are antiproductive in my opinion, and anyone calling people out for protecting or communicating are diluting themselves. And knowing my luck I'll just end up finding a PR instead of he LV.

Yes, I know that ties it up again and I am perfectly ok with that. There is not a whole lot to go on on night one and the fact that Kashta continually brings up past games and who played what role, holds no presidence in the present game and I find it a bit distracting to the task at hand. My vote may change if I see anything that sticks out more than this.....it's all I got to go on right now....:huh:

Not really a very well argued vote to be honest. Seems almost disappointed that votes are coming off kashta.

I have done my best to get caught up on the thread as I was away from the computer all day yesterday.

I see where Kash cleared up what she had stated. When she stated "that" she was referencing a quote from jpappy who was trying to explain what Ogre meant. The way it was written, to me, made it appear she as saying Ogre said something he didn't say. It is odd that Ogre didn't come and try to explain what he was saying also, but jpap did.

My top three are Kash, Ogre, and Jpap. Just the way they are interacting has me concerned. I could see any of them turning the other.

As far as who I would turn if I was the LV, it is hard to say. I would find players that communicate often and that are willing to work together. My top three picks for turning in this game would be dawg, rich and rocker. I would most likely want to turn DD and Kash, because they are fun to talk to and each have a bit of an evil streak. Also, if I was the LV, I would be voting for my turn. If my turn was staked, then I would turn others that voted for the player I had turned.

If I was turned, I would take direction from the LV.

Eat your veggies and listen to your mom! In the last game I reacted more than this one, but I think it was for a statistically justifiable reason then. I can understand Ogres want to make it a 3-horse race, I'd rather I wasn't a horse of course. Because no one can talk to a horse of course, unless of course the name of the horse... Sorry for that tangent.

Anyway, now to meaningful content.

I think it's impossible to know who the LV is at this point, but I think there are several players who would make great teammates for the LV. That's where I'm going to put my vote.
