Mafia 54:Vampires Return (The Play)

Early vote - I vote to lynch Rich. I will hopefully get back during the game day with some more stuff.
 
So what are the cases going against JPap and RBishop. Pappy has been a candidate the last couple of days- he was in for Noodles but so were several of us. Do we really have a case on him? Refresh us on the case so we can judge.

Rbishop has been quiet (which has been very suspicious) - but other than that and Kashta conjecturing that the vampires would turn him tonight (which probably means they wouldn't)- I don't see that as a solid case either.

We can't afford to stake another innocent tonight.



Rich ended the day looking bizarrely suspicious voting off someone who he thought innocent. JL acted bizarre with regards to Noods- who did turn out to be innocent. He has to be either guilty or the seer... but if John is the seer then why would he have investigated Noodles day one- she wasn't on anyone's radar on day one.

Kash's change of play since day one strikes me as very odd- but not enough evidence to go after her- she could be innocent and we don't need to lose any more innocents.

Rb is only not included because I can never read Rb. He could be a vamp or a deranged townie quisling. Who knows?

I've gotta say Zaffy now takes a backseat to Rich and Pappy. Pappy was saved last night at Noodles expense, plain and simple. Rich and Rb were responsible for that both directly and indirectly. If they are Villagers they are doing nothing to help the town. But if Pappy is the LV then I could totally understand the effort by one or both of them. Rich's thing reminded me of NeonJulie's breakdown only less... estrogeneous. :footinmouth:

Another I am now interested in is Wycco. Keeps wanting a regurge of cases built against suspects. While I am certainly for adding new evidence as it is found, I do not repost cases once they are built. The posts are there for anyone who really wants to look for them.
 
Zsand, "Keep asking", that's a bit of an exaggeration.

What I have is:
JohnL- Doesn't state a reason.
Zsand- vibes against jpap
RB- doesn't explain.
Noodles- RB said jpap.
Ogre- because he voted for Noodles and was vocally against Noods.

There has to be more to it than that? Ogre's reason is the best reason- but Ogre himself made the case against Noodles- and I know I was convinced of Noodle too. Jpap was also very vocal against me last game when I was innocent.

I'm all for JPap being a candidate- so many people having vibes can't be without a reason (not that I'm really getting them myself)- but I want us to look for other targets too. Noodles ended up being "definately" a vamp in many peoples eyes last night only to turn out to be innocent.

We can't allow ourselves to be single-mindedly tracked.

Wycco, I don't think this is a case of being single-minded. I think this is a case of using previous evidence and the results of last night to focus on someone who I really think is a vamp. If you go back, I put in a case for Jpap... and it has most of his posts in it.

I think we got some real useful evidence last night and I, for one, don't want to see us waste noods death to not 'allow ourselves to be single-minded'.
 
I'll go back and check for it again. Yesterday I wasn't really focusing on JPap because I was convinced Noods and JL were guilty (I still think JL is) and they were both gunning heavily for him- which to me implied innocence- so I kinda discounted the chances of him being guilty.

Now with Noods being innocent I do need to relook at him which is why I scanned back looking to see what made him a suspect to begin with.
 
I will not be around a PC today for most of the day. I will be back tonight.
 
I'm not one to flip-flop, and I think Zaffy has done a very good job of allaying suspicion, which does not surprise me at all.

That said, I also suspect highly:

Jpap - Lot's of finger pointing, now very quiet. Looking for a new candidate to smear? Laying low to let suspicion die down?

Kashta - Similar to Jpap, fairly quiet recently. Possible turn and told to lay low. Or just a strategy shift.

Anyone who goes from talkative to silent usually means they have something to hide in my book.
