Yep - so I said that he continues not to vote jpap (having earlier said he would not do so solely to save himself I believe although I could be wrong - and truth be told that in itself is a bit bizarre) it would make me question whether he is scum, and indeed make me think that if he is scum jpappy would likely be one as well, if the votes didn't change from where they are right now.
