Mafia 54:Vampires Return (The Play)

Which means, Jpappy had to have started the game as LV. Both day 1 vamps have been uncovered.

And, therefore we also know that they have used their one LV switch.

That's one thing I'm still trying to figure out. Here's the rundown for events I have for the Vamp team.

Day 1 - Someone other than John got the Lead Vamp role and picked John as the second. John could not have been the LV himself, he would have shown up as innocent on Wycco's investigation if that were the case. Day 1 only had 2 vampires, so John had to be one already before nightfall. Before nightfall, the 2 vamps submitted the name for their first turn victim.. which was automatic. That could have been Jpappy or someone we're still looking for.

Day 2 - Started out with 3 vampires on their team. And they submitted their pick for the second automatic turn victim. Jpappy had to be either Lead Vamp or one of the 2 automatic turns. (John was already voting Jpappy in the final voting on Day 2... so either Jpap was already a vamp, or he was anticipating to get him on their side already after nightfall.)

Day 3 - All 4 vamps were on board already. That's when they chose Rbishop as their next turn candidate.. which failed. This is also when John and others voted to lynch Jpappy. Was this the plan for damage control so John would look innocent by helping to kill him? If so, Jpappy was a sacrifice to keep other vamps in the game longer. Or had they planned to distance themselves, but couldn't control the number of votes that piled up on Jappy? We don't know.... yet. Also, if Jpappy WAS the Lead Vamp.. he didn't delegate his role to John. The game would be over if he had.

Day 4 - The Vamp team had just lost Jpappy (either by choice or by accident) and they missed out on getting Bishop as their next pick. Later, Wycco showed up to reveal John as evil on Day 1. Then John actually got lynched too. They submitted their next choice (Dawg) before nightfall. As it turned out, they didn't get him either. This was a real crappy day for the undead.

Day 5 - That's where we are now. There are 2 vamps left alive and one of them has submitted their next name.

Twilight. A cold wind, a "Sou'wester" as his grandpappy would have called it, began to push the rusty weathervane over the barn. Annie wondered if it would be his last. Life ain't easy for a boy named Annie.

It is harder to build a legitime case than I thought it would be. This is my second game. When I play my third game, I will get a notebook and keep better track of things. Until then, I'm gonna ride someones coattails. I'm gonna make my vote for someone else's case. Someone make a case.

ACVille- I'm sorry about not being more active in the pursuit of scum. I have been riding coattails. I have been having some RL issues, none of which I'll bore you with.

It's probably a good time to start, I'll agree with that. Though, I understand how RL issues can pull us away. It just seemed that you spend a lot of time in the thread. (Call that a hunch.)

Then when you do post something, it sounds.. gee, I don't know... familar somehow. I wondered about that again this morning with these 2 posts from you.

It took me a while to figure out who talks like that in these games.

Before I had a chance to go look, I saw this post from Ogre.

I had thought so too. And I wondered if Ogre recognized it, himself. He didn't say anything else about it.. neither did Annie. So I did some searching. Here's what I found:

Because I was curious. You seem to be getting the content of your posts from somewhere else or from somebody you communicate with.

There seeming to be some connection in verbage between Ogre and Annie... I looked back to check Annies voting pattern.

This is getting long now, so I'll continue in a new post.

Day 1 - Annie avoided taking a position on the three-way tie for the lead between DD, me, and Zaffy. She placed a lone vote instead against Dawg.

Day 2 - Annie waited a long time before placing the final vote on Noodles. (We know John was a vamp already... not sure about Jpappy yet. John had just about committed himself to voting Jpappy around this point. If Pappy was a vamp then.. or the name on the 2nd automatic turn victim they had submitted before voting ended, John would already be distancing himself from Pappy by his vote. And late-timed insurance vote by another vampire on Noodles would keep Pappy safe from switches this day.)

Day 3 - Again, Annie waited until other votes were placed before making her own. If the vamp team (with 4 vamps) had already decided to sacrifice Jpappy. This is a good place for Annie to be.

Both JM and ZSand are on my list, rounded out by Coler. Coler is actually my top, but he's got no train tonight.

I think tonights turn is Lani. I think JL suspected that Lani got the list.

I am suprised lani didn't come out as the seer, it would have been a better plan.

jm, you are a follower. Why would the seer come out? What real information has wycco given? A player has gotten a list, maybe lani will claim to have gotten the list. lol

Think for yourself, if you were the seer (which you are not), would you come out with 3 names? Why go after me? If I was a vamp why would I kill jpap or stick my neck out for noods?

I think JL was trying to pre-emptively discredit, or lure Lani out with the list. But, Lani was out of town and JL must have missed that.
