Mafia #6.....The Play

Never mind my previous post Ogre, just got to your most recent.... I'll go along, although I still like Nick for mafia by how jumpy he got with a vote or two parked on him, and the fact that he voted to lynch nobody.

If others go along, I vote to lynch Sploke. If it looks like this train won't leave, I'm back on Nick. If Sploke is mafia, there's likely to be at least 6 others who won't hop on willingly.

I definitely would like to hear other's thoughts....

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Sploke is Innocent, heck I wouldn't be surprised if he's the only Innocent in that list. Face it, with Z and Ogre pulling one everyone in so many different directions and pointing fingers all over the place, there won't be a big enough concensus to nab a Mafia. So you might as well jump on the lynch Swayde train, get it over with. I sure could use the rest.

There's one problem with your theory Sway... no one is listening to me. If they had, you probably would have been gone the first night.

Mad, what did I write? I said it sure makes you seem innocent and could all the mafia be ... blah... blah ... blah...

My preconcieved notions were that at least one, probably two of Coler, Ice, Zsand, and You were mafia. Coler and Ice are innocents. The statement by rb implies you are innocent. I am... that leaves Z who has been playing a little more characteristically.

Now, my question for Sway is: Is your statement that bkw's description from rb is more indicative of mafia a reasoned statement or a knee-jerk reaction to anything I say being a mafia statement.

Take a look at what I wrote. Would the mafia write that? Look at what rb says and what I deduced as the meaning. Isn't at least a few of those statements reasonable? I think you've decided and nothing will change your mind.

I, however, am a scientist. As much as it personally galls me to do it, I will say that my mind has been changed... with good reason and evidence... but changed never-the-less. Now, I ask you. If you are as innocent as you say, look at what I wrote, not with the vindictive eye of someone who believes I'm mafia, but with reason and intelligence.

I'm flaky, I'm wishy washy, I have no confidence in my abilities... these are my character flaws. Look at every game I've played. It's the way I am.

There you go. I don't know what else to tell you. If you're innocent, then I hope you will see the truth of this. If you are mafia, then you will continue to attack me no matter what.
 
I know I made an argument for JL66 being mafia, and haven't gotten much feedback, but I'm starting to like him for Don. Reposed, yet smug, but not outwardly so..... JL's been pretty quiet and calm...with regard to smug, but not outwardly so, JL's usually speaks out once or twice a game about his dislike for role playing? Maybe. I still like him for mafia, but don't want to muddy the waters too much.

Just kind of brainstorming in case I'm whacked this night. The fact that more people are even willing to consider the fact that I could be innocent makes me of less use to the mafia. My hunch is that by appearing on the snitch's list, though, that I'm probably good for right now. Once the mafia is weeded out on snitch list number one, I may be toast.

Tomorrow I hope to reread and look a little more deeply into Sploke. If I'm going to toss a vote at the guy, I should at least pretend to have a better reason than 'Bala told me to.'
 
Ogre, I agree with your analysis of Jensons, but I really don't think the Mafia would give us more names than necessary. Sploke and BKW may be townie power roles, just look closely at the clues. I would be more comfortable starting with Jensons. What about you Mad, didn't you think she was a stealth Mafia player at one point? And she voted for Ice two nights, if I'm correct.

If we're going to look into rb's comments as deeply as we are, I think Sploke could be our guy. A spring in his step would indicate joy, zip, or pep to me...with all that's been going on, I don't think an innocent townie would be 'peppy.'

Like I said, I plan to dig a little tomorrow, and will see what pops up.
 
I'd really like them all to post their thoughts first, but if we're just gonna go at them, just from memory of her postings, I think Jensons is the most likely to be Mafia. If you think all three are Mafia, then it shouldn't matter to you who we start with.
 
I'm just catious because at this point the Mafia could have found out some of our power roles and have included them in the snitches' list. And it would be a good idea to "investigate" their posts first, because as you say let's not let it depend solely on the Bala.
