Mafia #6.....The Play

Speaking of Striving, I'm tired of defending. I thought I'd proven myself a useful townie with all the clues I've dug up and tried to share. I even knew who the detective was before he showed up. If I were Mafia I would have whacked him the second I suspected. So if KOTD and everbody else is willing, I would like to do the plantling vs KOTD race tomorrow.

Game 7 will be fun but I think we still have some days left in this Game. :D
Hope we are right. Your a good player JL and I'll remind everyone no matter what I say in this thread, I am in game mode and nothing is personal, it is all at your game persona.

Well you might as well do some role playing.

I might even do some...

Ol' man John, the man who lives up on the hill comes to town for his week shopping. Ol' man John has never been known to be friendly, kind of a tell it as it is type of guy, but none the less, the town is nice to him.

While shopping, he visits mee-mee's pastry shop, but this day things are different, instead of talking about the downfall of todays youth and the drunken bums in the alley, today mee-mee is quiet.

As he sits drinking his coffee, he notices it tastes funny. "I wonder if she spit in my coffee", he wonders.

He thinks it is best to stop drinking the coffee and leaves. Maybe mee-mee is just haveing a bad day, maybe she had a rough night. Maybe she is on the sauce again, she always seemed to have a soft spot for drunks.

As he heads for home with his bags of groceries, he feels the eyes staring at him. He knows that they are whispering about him. He remembers when the town was a nicer place. Where people did not have to lock thier doors.

He misses old friends that have fallen under the black shadow that now keeps ACville in the dark.

He would move, but that is what the mafia want. "They will have to kill me first" he mutters under his breath.

He knows that this town is special. Home of both great sunrises and sunsets.

He looks to the west and wonders if this will be his last sunset.

I even knew who the detective was before he showed up. If I were Mafia I would have whacked him the second I suspected.

Nope...You couldn't have. It would have narrowed down the snitch's list. Why do you think the mafia didn't take the hit? They know who the mafia are on those lists and who the innocents are. They couldn't risk exposing their teammate(s).

Mad, if you go thru the posts, and pay attention, I said at least a few times yesterday that I had suspicions about Ogre.

I'll agree...that's why I was surprised to see you backtrack when I mentioned Ogre's name for consideration, and then you offered up Jensons.

As I said, though, I think the mafia has been VERY effective in distancing themselves from each other this game. Your hesitation, and then buy-in (only after the ball started to roll) is what made me suspicious.

The “Dead Men Tell Tales” vote. Sometime after 5 deaths have occurred, one of the “dead” will get to vote in the townies lynch vote. This will be decided by a random number generator, and only happen twice.

What ever happened to this?

Lots more than 5 deaths have occurred.

Maybe there is a chance.
