You're right JM isn't positively Innocent, no one said she was. But now hopefully we can get some info from her and decide for ourselves.

Ogre said when HE was Mafia in a previous round they broke into two teams and he thinks that is what is happening this round.

The rules say if the Don is killed the Mafia have to report individually to rb, and only the Don has Investigations. They would have to be idiots to kill the Don themselves on Night 1.

Your list looks like the most vocal players (myself included). That seems to be the way most people vote at the beginning and in my opinion is a poor plan. I would suspect the majority of the Mafia is being very quiet and letting us fight amongst ourselves. Also you don't include Mad which most people seem to have doubts about.

jpappy 789 -- Likely an Innocent, I have no reasons to suspect otherwise.
Dangerdoll -- I wonder about her because she says so very little.
IceH2O -- Questionable. I suspect he may be Mafia.
bkw1982 -- Not enough information from him to really make a decision.
OgreMkV -- I am still keeping an eye on him. I am more inclined to think Mafia.
judgemax -- Very odd to make 1 small post after all the drama caused by not posting. I am putting her into the potential Mafia pile.
MikenDanielle -- I really thought he was innocent and just flustered, not so sure anymore. I still think he seems to be too easy of a target.
Dwarf Puffers -- Not sure what to think on him.
sploke -- Another one I really am not sure what to think.
Hooked Newbie -- I haven't gotten any vibes either way on him.
johnlarson66 -- Might be innocent. I was afraid of him at first, until I got to know more about him.
ZSandmann -- One to watch for sure. I can't tell if he's really trying to help the town or to totally lead us astray.
plantling -- I still am a little worried about plantling, not much to go off of here really, but more towards the Mafia side.
KingOfTheDeep -- Probably innocent, not enough posts to be sure.
joander123 -- I am leaning to innocent, but unsure.
Cory Lover -- again, innocent, but unsure
Swayde -- I still hold to my innocence
Coler -- DEAD. Innocent, possible Don, but I do believe was innocent and his last post before his death is the most telling.
charlie_stubbs -- I think he's innocent
mee-mee -- I think she is innocent
Jensons -- Not sure, most likely innocent, but not enough info to go on
nickmcmechan -- Doesn't post enough to make a determination
Madcrawdad -- He is still at the top of my Mafia suspect list and I plan to keep my lynch vote on him
clown-lover -- Most likely an innocent, still contemplating
 
As fas as JM goes, just because she is now in the game doesn't make her an automatic "high profile suspect". She's got about as much suspicion from me as anyone else did at the beginning of the game. Its going to be up to her to put osme posts out and get in line with whats best for the town to be considered somewhat innocent IMO. My guess would be she's sitting back with a pizza and a case of beer to get caught up with the several hundred posts so far...no quick task.

BTW KOTD who is that in your avatar? Shes hot.

2) As much as everyone has been on Mike, within a couple of pages of posts (all after noon today), JMax is suddenly on the chopping block and almost has as many votes as Mike.

3) The reasoning for lynching JMax is crap. It doesn't matter if it's day one or not. It doesn't matter if the rules are that she will die the first night or not. If she hasn't posted in time to stay alive in the game, then she isn't mafia.

I consider anyone voting for her on that train to be mafia. I really think that the mafia came up with this plan to stop Mike from being lynched. Pick on someone like JMax who is almost as annoying as Mike (no offense, I love you JMax), that's the only person who would have a chance of being lynched with exactly zero evidence.

These five are my top five (not in any particular order):
zsand
swayde
coler
sploke
miken

This list makes a lot of sense with a silent group of mafia (sploke and swayde) and a vocal group that is playing just like they always do (yet are experienced and logical even if evil).

I vote to lynch Miken.

I may have more later....

Here was his post. I do not see where he said he did it with his crew of mafia. I do remember that they had big plans that game, but where unable to use them.

I do not think my list is just vocal players. My list is close to OgreMvK, maybe he should not be on my list. I just noticed that. I will attempt to do a list of something later. I should be working. My list does need tweaking.

I also agree that if only the mafia Don can investigate, then hitting himself makes no sense. So Coler was not the Don or mafia. If we find out that the rest of them can investigate, then my hunch is back on.
 
I don't understand why the Mafia needs to investigate anyone. They know who are Mafia and who are Innocent right? So is it just to find the vigilante and doctor?

But I do agree with this somewhat, do they really need that power? Has it helped them before. When it comes to it, any of us dead helps them.

Last game I was suspicous of the who botched hit thing. Maybe they rolled the dice this game, I am unsure. I guess we might know in 6 days.

For now, I am going to assume that Coler was innocent and the mafia killed him because he is a good player. My guess is that the next hit will be another good player, maybe the doctor will save someone from the mafia this time. I need to check, but can the doctor be mafia?

As far as I can tell the doctor did the town no favor by saving a lynched player. We are still where we were yesterday, just down one good player.
