Mafia #6.....The Play

Sorry for my lack of posts this morning, I was at school, everyd ay 9am-1pm EST. After that I am here and more than happy to post. I am happy some people are starting to see the light, but to help the others I would like anyone who feels I am suspicious to ask me any questions you have so that I can defend myself and prove my true identity. I assure you I have nothing to hide.

The "Snitch". One of the Mafia is a Snitch. Since their cousin Vinny was ousted by the Mafia last year, they feel some revenge is needed. I think it would be better as a note that is only found upon their death. They PM you nightly with this list which contains the 4 names of which 1 is mafia. Then the townies have a 1 in 4 chance at getting a mafia player. If its far enough into the game the list may even be able to name innocent power roles forcing them out to protect themselves.

I think putting the name into the night time story line is a big mistake as the Snitch could switch names around and end up naming multiple mafia members according to how the suspicion is on those people.

Does this post not seem absolutely suspicious to anyone else? By reading this throughly again it sounds to me as if Ice may possibly be the snitch... I would say he asked this in the board hoping no one would pick up on it, then RBishop PM'ed him the answer as to not give away his identity. This was posted after the PM's went out, so if he were not the Snitch or another mafia player, why would he care that the townies have a 1 in 4 chance tog et a mafia player?

Okay now if they are mafia we have 2 easy targets. If they aren't we just took out 2 townies. We need to decide if we're prepared to do that. Jo was innocent and did the same but even after being told that was a bad plan Mike did it anyway. Then DP tries to say "Notice in the previous games I've been an innocent I've said similar things, and I was always an innocent".

Sounds like good reasoning to me how about you guys. NOT. Its exactly what a bad mafia player would do IMO.

Its to early and I'm not starting a train, like I said Jo was innocent and the Mafia haven't had time to get together to make a plan to set this up. Just saying watch these guys.

My above statement mixed with this post by Ice of him trying to step right up and take leadership of the us townies, leads me to beleive he is mafia. This falls directly into.. every action has an equal and opposite reaction...

Ice finds out he is a Mafia (Very Bad)

*Swayde stays inside today peeking from her window as people walk by and give her strange looks. It seems newcomers are put through quite a bit of scrutiny before being accepted in this small town. She hopes to win over some friends soon because she is becoming very uneasy about some of the rumors she's overhead and the gossip that there may be a hit coming her way.*

This didnt come out quaite as clear as I wanted, the full version is that I found it extremely weird that DP would proclaim his innocence right off the bat. So I decided to play with him and see what I could get out of him. I made the PM ploy up to catch a reaction, the reaction was him saying "Are you sure it wasn't someone else". And then falling completely silent, which I feel may be an order form the Don, who felt he was walking way to close to jeopordizing himself by even responding to it, and advised him to lay low until they have some sort of counter attack for my claims.

That's not a great ploy if you ask me as it isn't against game rules to PM. So you effectively said DP was cheating. DP comes off my suspect list pending their response.

I got the gist from the first post. Granted there are outside the box ways to figure out the Mafia but I don't care for this one. I'm not going to label DP Mafia because they were completely caught off gaurd by your fishing expedition. If anything this makes you seem more like Mafia in my opinion. My vote stands for now.
 
seriously mike ur digging urself a hole 20ft deep and 10ft wide lol. i have a question for ya. Why'd u pick dp, several ppl didnt speak up and claim innocents...what made u pick dp?
