Mafia #6.....The Play

Dang I leave for a few hours and this place explodes. Good thing I checked in before going to bed. Now, if I believe bkw, then I obviously can't keep my vote on swayde. Can I believe bkw? It does seem awfully convenient, but its also about the only thing we have at the time. Also, isn't charlie going to die an "untimely death" tonight anyway? If we're sure he's mafia, why not let him go that way? I'm not sure if he's getting the boot tonight or not. Anyway, I'm too dang tired to think this hard right now. Going by my list I posted earlier today, mad or zs would be my next guess. apparently z has been lsited innocent. I'm still not sure about mad. Heck I'm not even sure that bkw is telling the truth. I'm surprised to hear that about charlie, I mean, the guy is all over the place but I didn't think he was mafia. Gah I just can't bring myself to trust bkw right now, its just too easy, too convenient. The mafia know all the townies are desperate for a scrap, ANYTHING to base a solid vote on. Like it was stated, its like as son as he said anything, eveyone is all over it and running with rope. I'm leaving my vote where it is and going to bed.

Just thought of something. What if the mafia investigated charlie stubbs last night and he's the detective? It would be convenient because the mafia could claim one of theirs is detective, say that cs is definitely mafia, and get him out of the picture and not even waste a hit on the detective. And, he's not around to speak his own. Again I say, too easy.

A restless night for the true Townies. They realize that the lynching of Ice is a big blow and not all the votes would have been Mafia. Some of them are as much to blame as the folks they are trying to exterminate from their town.

Bala looks down, (facing the sunrise...? he always observed the sunset before...?), eavesdropping on the small groups as they start to head out on their tasks.

Sploke appears to be mumbling to himself, as he walks off, with a slight spring to his steps.

bkw, viewing his palm pilot, walking with purpose, in a different direction.

Jensons, sitting on a nearby bench, watching the activity in a Town that now ressembles a whirlpool forming at the sink drain.


17 Townies remain....10 Innocents and 7 Mafia.

Night 6 could be the deciding Night, at this rate of Innocent demise.


Day 4..Game On...next Night fall...Saturday, 7/28, 8 PM EST

bkw and his palm pilot and he walks with a purpose. Obviously RB can't just say he's the detective, but if you go back and read Mafia 2, J2R who was the detective had a notepad or something.

So he investigated you and Z and found you both to be innocent. Bkw, mee-mee, Mad, and myself make up my innocent list. That's 6 and there are 8. I believe Ogre and Sploke are innocent as I've read their posts by a thread search and found what they said to be credible. You should try this for anyone you feel unsure about. I'll leave you to make your own decisions about them. But generally the Mafia, and especially this time around try to stay out of the limelight as much as possible and usually only short posts or posts with no real meaning and then a quick vote. But different pple do play differently of course. Hope this helped you some.

And sparring with pple is normal in these games as that's sometimes how you get to know pple and how they react to things. Sometimes you feel unappreciated, especially when you have Mafia taunting you and even some townies who think you're suspicious. I try not to lash back, but sometimes ya just can't help it and I've probably lashed at you also but don't take it personally. This is only a game and it's supposed to be fun. Though I think with the Mafia being so powerful this round it got a little intense. Cheer up, if Charlie gets voted tonight and the Vig hit a Mafia target, the town will have a couple more days at least.

No one seems to look closely at Bala....such a common figure, often overlooked by those that frequent here.....

Mee-mee and plantling look over their shoulders before rounding a corner to their jobs. They both have a thought as independent and connected as things can be, that the Bala has turned to look at them.

Which is just as weird as the thoughts of KOTD who swears the Bala turned but wrote it off to imagination. Something that seems to run free here in ACville.

Madcraw observes all of the above, and has the single thought of review posts and find the lies.

OK, Swayde this is the first snitch's list. Mee-mee and I are mentioned together, so since I knew I was innocent I had a good feeling she was too. And she is the Vig, so she's a townie. KOTD is off by himself. And so is Mad but he has the single thought of review posts and find the lies. I don't think Mafia need to review thoughts and find lies, so Mad is innocent. That leaves KOTD. I believe that since we lost four townies that night, 2 because they left, RB decided to help us out a little as odd were not in our favor.

Unfortunately that thought had occured to me as well. I guess after tonight we'll know the truth. I have a horrible feeling that this is the final set up and the town is done for. Unfortunately you are voting for me though and I can't exactly agree with that.

*Swayde locks up her doors and windows and reads for awhile to try and calm her nerves. She hopes she can sleep tonight, but the uncertainty she feels is so troublesome. Did she make the right choice? Only time will tell*

Swaye, what's the problem. You are innocent according to bkw. That doesn't mean you're infallible. Just relax.

KOTD, that's pretty harsh man, 'no one has been helpful in finding mafia'. At least we're here looking and trying. Don't go there.

If the bkw wasn't the real detective, then the real one should have come out by now and the we'd have a fight on our hands.

I don't understand what the big deal is. Let's get evidence, not just yelling at each other.

BTW: I can read a hardback book at the rate of 1 page per minute with a 97.5% retention rate after 24 hours. I can do double digit multiplication in my head. The problem is that people can lie, I am too trusting.
