Mafia #60: A Clash at Christmas- The Play

Well, as I look through (admittedly, I haven't had much time since work gets pretty busy this time of year), I'm not seeing a whole lot yet to go on. There's a little bit of interaction here and there, but I'm not seeing any real scum tells.

I do feel like I need to put in a vote though because I can't be sure I'll be able to check back before night fall, so I vote to lynch Zaffy... because it seems like the thing to do on day 1 recently.

I'll do my best to check back in before nightfall, but I can't make any promises.
 
Not sure if I'll be back on before nightfall and there is nothing really to go on. I know Red from another game and he is good at sorting out the bad guys so I'll go with his vote for now.

I vote to lynch Rich.

This post put LR on my radar. It just seems like something a newb would do if they were on a comm team but weren't quite sure where to place their vote. For now I'll wait since they are a newb and I'd like to wait and see afew more posts from them.


I also feel that JM making a big deal over an = sign seems like a huge stretch. Something that a mafia scum would use to try and point fingers at someone. So for now...I vote to lynch JM
 
ok, I was going to pull a bunch of quotes and comment on them but it turned out to be too long, and we all LOVE long posts! ;)

So, instead I will just put my thoughts out there and hope I dont forget anything.....

TRS does seem to have an uncanny sense picking out scum although Rich seems to be his favorite all time vote. Not sure this early I would trust his thinking yet. As for his laying low for the weekend; I dunno, seems to be the way he plays every game so not seeing anything there as Zsand does??

JM, reading way too much into the whole evergreen responses. Could be something to watch but not worried about it yet.

Fire/Kashta - seem to be absent except for a quick pop in each. My vote may go to one of them on this nightfall.

Ice, has good instincts but perhaps reading a bit much into DD's response to his joke post. Just seems like sibling bickering to me. but then again they each know eachothers play style much better than I do so maybe one of them is onto something. Too early to tell regardless.

Not really much else in regards to the other players. Several noobs this time so should make the game interesting.

This seems to have turned into a long post anyway! :o
I have been busy shoveling snow this weekend but should have more time come this afternoon to devote to the game.
For now, I vote to lynch Kashta. Just cuz she is too quiet and I have nothing else to go on! This may change later but who knows......
 
Well since my time on the net has been so sporadic that past few weeks I want to make sure I have a vote in and one I'm comfortable with.

Since DD and I somewhat agree on Jms weird behavior I'm going to take her out of the equation for now. Since she didn't place a vote on him it could be distancing so I'll keep an eye on her.

That leaves Red and Jm as my 2 people to possibly vote for. Since Red does have the uncanny sense to guess scum I will give him another day at least.

That leaves 1 person I vote to lynch Jm1212


I also agree that Kash has been pretty quiet compared to her usual self. Fire is always quiet so not sure why Noods would point that out.
 
Well, I am up this morning with a heap of smow removal needing to be done... and shopping so I am not sure how much I will be back to the board. I feel like I shopuld at least put my vote in. I am really bothered by JM's pointing out the text similarities, not even know if he is either on to something or using the same frame of mind as the last few games with the Newspaper headlines. It's really all I have besides Ice being so serious over my posts which were not even that serious... however, like Ice, I have to step back a bit because he is on the same page with me on the whole JM thing... however, seeing that there are 2 votes on JM, I am either hoping he steps up and explains his steadfast suspicion on the wording, and his try at manipulating the thoughts for the game. I will vote for him and make sure I make it back to watch what happens between now and night fall.... I may be changing the vote. Yes, I realize this is the 3rd (I think) vote on him and I know a lot of people consider the 3rd on evil, but I feel like its all I have to go on.... so if my posts stays, I guess that will be a chance I have to take.
 
Well I hope this doesn't come back to bite me, but............. I vote to lynch JM.
