Here's my proposal.

Everyone seems to believe DD is scum. We know that either myself or TRS are scum. What if we make it a 3 way coin flip. Seems to me like we have a 2/3 chance of taking out an evil elf and gaining valuable information.

Of course the down side is that there's a 1/3 chance of santa getting axed. Anyone have any thoughts? Do we have the right amount of players to make this happen?

No. The odds of getting Santa killed and the good team loosing is too great. Lets just have DD in and we can get more info based on what happens. Honastly I don't even care anymore which one of you is Santa. This whole thing is done with in my mine. One of you is evil and one is good but we aren't getting anywhere with this he said she said thing!

Wow! You leave for a few hours and the virtual SH** hits the fan. Now let's calm down townies and think this through. We still have the numbers.

If you are a Townie your vote should not be on TRS or JB. If we pick the wrong one and Santa dies we lose. We need to believe 1 or the other of them after a few nights of investigations and posting. I'm guessing Z is an evil elf because he's too good at this game to not realize that voting JB or TRS is the wrong thing to do.

TRS if you are telling the truth I hope to God you checked with JPap yourself for confirmation before blurting that info out. Or I bet I know who the next hit will be at nightfall if JB is lying.

My vote will stay on DD.

If you blurted out that you are Santa before confirming that the evils lost their ability to hit...then you have just lost the game for us if they keep their hits. JPap never confirmed that in the thread.

But the way the rules read, it says the grinch gets the hit, not the elfs.

The more I think about it I am almost more convinced that Z is evil than DD right now. Though I think they both are. Z would never have used the snowball on Noods last night if he was frosty. Z you are too good for that too.
