Here are the roles. Basically town wins when they lynch all the evils, or its impossible for the evils to win. The Grinch and his teammates win if Santa is killed or they outnumber the town.


Innocents:


Santa- has the ability to investigate every night and is in communication with Rudolph. Also possesses a magical present, whose powers are unknown, but will certainly help the town. Santa must stay alive for the town to win.


Rudolph- Santa’s personal bodyguard whom he can communicate with. If a hit is placed on Santa, Rudolph dies instead.


Frosty the snowman- has one deadly snowball that will instantly kill the person it is directed at. Can join forces with Santa and Rudolph if investigated.


Good Elves- the innocent employees of Santa’s workshop who wish to get rid of the evil as well


Evils:


Grinch- wishes to destroy Christmas by getting rid of Santa Claus once and for all. He has dispatched his evil elves to infiltrate Santa’s workshop. The Grinch is able to use one hit and one investigation per night.


Evil elves- the Grinch’s evil spies that have infiltrated the north pole. Only a select number of elves are currently in communication with the Grinch. If a non-communicating evil elf is investigated, they can join the group.


Neutral:


Jack frost- a mischievous spirit who simply wishes to survive the winter. However, he is given one chance to “nip” a player during the game. If an evil elf is chosen, they turn good. But if an innocent player is chosen the player will be killed.
